Un excelente lugar para conocer la vida local en cancun, si eres un viajero que te interesa más la ciudad que la zona hotelera, este el sitio que buscas, Frank esta pendiente de cualquier información que necesites de Cancun y del voluntariado, en mi mi opinión es un sitio que te puede brindar un descanso y tiempo para conocer varios lugares. Awesome place to have a real local experience, you will learn how to move in the city and hotel's zone, the jobs are very simple & you'll have time to start exploring more about Cancún & its culture, you'll have a good rest and think your next stop!😃👍

Frank no pudo recibirme porque estaba de viaje pero en todo momento fue atento y estaba para lo que necesitara, me recibió Dany y de igual manera súper amable y atenta, solo surgió una situación incómoda con otra voluntaria y tuve que acortar mi estancia pero sin duda es un buen voluntariado, gracias Frank y Dany por ser tan comprensibles.

Los espacios en la casa son lindos y acogedores, sin embargo, a diferencia del resto de voluntarios yo no me senti bienvenido por los anfitriones ni brindaron orientacion para poder realizar las tareas de forma adecuada segun ellos lo esperaban, esto probablemente porque tuve la mala suerte de que a mi llegada salieron de la ciudad por varios dias, durante los cuales hicieron falta herramientas para poder completar las tareas.

Muy buena experiencia, desde el primer día los la casa se portaron muy amables y atentos, te enseñan todas las actividades como deben ser y nunca faltaron las risas.

I stayed at the guest house for 40 days and everything went well. The work is easy and always finishes within four hours. Frank is a super nice guy, and I felt right at home. Thank you for the time I spent there.

It was a great experience, all I can say is thanks to both the guest house they are so nice and makes you feel welcome and part of their family .... I had a good time, all the task are easy to do, I did them as I was told, and everything worked just fine... I had a lot of free time , so I learned how to move around to the centro of Cancun, it was fun riding the Combi.. I always felt safe , I really recommend it and I'm ready to do it again... Thank you guys for everything, and I apologize if I did something wrong. Many Blessings, and thanks again.

Frank is usually nice, but sometimes he acts unpleasantlylike throwing away my food without saying anything. I asked him to show me the laundry, but he put his own clothes in, promising to do mine next, which he didn't. The work is a lot of cleaning. The bus ride to the beach is 1h10min. As a woman, I wouldn't want to drive back alone in the evening.luckily I wasnt alone. The guest throwed her trash in the sink, assuming we'll clean it.. On a positive note, he's understanding if you have issues, like getting lost or experiencing jetlag, and allows than flexibility in the cleaning schedule.

Hello Bibi, I don't remember throwing food and I wouldn't have done it without first asking, surely someone else did it or you would have asked me and we would have gladly verified it.

Regarding your clothes, it is indeed something that I offered to help you with so you could go out. As you know, it was not my responsibility and I still tried to help although it was not in the time you expected.

On public transport there are too many women traveling after midnight. Still, I don't understand what that has to do with us.

Finally, all guests know that they have to clean the deals they used. You didn't have to do it and I never asked you to do it.
