I had a beautiful stay with Elise at the guest house. I really enjoyed the tasks around the home and her lovely garden. The town has a nice and chill surf vibe and you can really get to know the locals in the area. Great spot to get some surfs in too!

This was my first time volunteering and I had a great experience. The work was a few hours a day and Elise was very clear about what was expected, there was a lot of free time around this to explore the town. I worked with another volunteer and met some great people in the hostel, they really made the experience. The room was lovely and the hostel felt like a home away from home after a couple weeks. The town is small but beautiful and perfect if you want to practice surfing. I'd highly recommend volunteering here. Thanks to Elise and the team!!

I had a great time volunteering at the guest house. Elise is very friendly and extremely fair with the tasks and hours. The house is clean and comfortable and has a well-equipped kitchen. The location is in Ferrel which is a small and (in the winter season) very quiet surfing town, but the bars and other hostels were lively. I found that 3 work hours/day went very quickly and left a lot of free time, so I suggest having a plan for something else to do, whether that's remote work or a creative project or, like many people there, surfing!

I couldn't have had a better time at the guest house. Elise is so kind and welcoming. She is also a great communicator and very reasonable. The work mainly involved DIY and gardening. I learned a lot of new skills from Elise which was extremely enjoyable. The location is amazing, especially if you like to surf, the peaceful outdoors or immersing yourself into a new community. The other volunteers and town felt like a second home after a week!

Volunteering at the guest house's the guest house was amazing! Elise is incredibly kind and welcoming, and she along with the other workers created a family environment that was a joy to volunteer in. The location is amazing and was a great way to explore the local community.

Elise is one of the kindest people I've met and I feel incredibly lucky to have been able to stay at Ethics. Tasks are rather easy and everything is very flexible. The other volunteers truly made it feel like a home away from home. I couldn't recommend this place enough! If you ever have the opportunity to volunteer here, don't hesitate! Truly amazing experience.

Such an amazing time! Elise is so wonderful. Very flexible and kind. The hostel is incredibly nice and I loved Baleal ❤️ I will hold on dearly to these good memories, and the other great people I got to meet, some really good team-player volunteers and very nice guests. Thank you Elise!
