Max hace que te sientas como en casa, recomiendo traer o comprar aquí en Arequipa mermelada en frasco, papel higiénico, no olvidarse toalla, agua embotellada, chocolate y algunos snacks que quieran comer entre horas porque todo lo demás te lo dan

Este voluntariado me gustó. Max fue muy amable y respetuoso todo el tiempo. Las tareas y el tiempo fueron respetados. Mejoraría un poco la alimentación y la seguridad al poner la ropa al sol. Pero el resto de cosas, Perfecto. Lo recomiendo para conocer Arequipa ✨Graciassss, Max y Mishel por todo.❤️

Solo hay dos problemas, uno el cuarto de voluntarios no es el de las fotos, el cuarto es como un cuarto chico que no recomendaria, otra cosa en la plataforma dice dos dias de descanso pero cuando llego me dice que es un día de descanso a la semana y en la última semana no tuve descanso. El señor maxi es mucha gente buena, muy tranquila. muchas gracias por todo maxi, abrazo

Working with Máximo was great, he is caring, hospitable, flexible and keen to ensure you have a great stay, each day he brings you different authentic traditional food from Ariquepa to try. He even took me on a few tours on his motorbike around the city. This was a great time to rest and relax, with a private room, I felt I could slow down and reset. However, with it being listed as a hostel, I found it slightly misleading as I was hoping to meet other young people and volunteers to socialise with. But this was not the case, it is more like a hotel and I was the only one volunteer

Working at the hostel with Maximo was a great first Worldpackers experience :) the tasks set were fair and doable and he respected the hours agreed to work. Every day he brings a different lunch to try which is great ! His English is great and he really wants the experience to be mutually beneficial for both parties. It was great to meet people staying at the hostel and working with other volunteers, and I would recommend Maximo's opportunity to others

It's easy to tell that Maximo truly cares about the volunteers who come and stay at his hostel. He provides everything agreed upon in the profile, and the work is quite simple and doable. The Hostel is in a great location, very near lots of shops and not far at all from the main Plaza of Arequipa. For breakfast and dinner there is food in the kitchen that you can help yourself to, and for lunch Maximo goes out and brings back a new dish everyday. A great way to try the local foods, all the lunches I had were delicious!!

Max is one of the best hosts I've ever had in WorldPackers. He made great efforts to make me feel at home, really cared about introducing me to the local cuisine and ensured I enjoyed everything Arequipa had to offer. He's a great communicator, tasks are easy and expectations are always set and met. I can't recommend it enough ☺️

I had a lovely time in Arequipa! I really enjoyed spending time with the other volunteers with me. I would definitely recommend having a solid foundation in Spanish, and it really was a good learning experience as well. Maximo is very accommodating and willing to help if you ask. I met so many great people!!

I enjoyed volunteering at the hostel! Max is a very kind and helpful host. During my stay I helped with the laundry and a little bit with the reception. Max showed me around in Arequipa to try delicious food and to visit some viewpoints. I definitely recommend volunteering if you want to practice your Spanish.
