Je suis restée 3 semaines chez Patricia et je ne le regrette pas. Elle est très accueillante et tu te sens direct chez toi même si tu ne parles pas espagnol. Le travail est diversifié, parfois un peu physique mais tu as beaucoup de temps libre. J'ai pu en apprendre tous les jours sur la vie au Chili. Merci beaucoup à Patricia et tous les membres de sa famille. 🫶🏼

One of the best experiences EVER!Paty was OMG amazing,we shared a lot EVERYDAY I learned so much about Chile and Amai Kipa(her business).Work was hard some days less than others but there's nothing Paty didn't already warned or that she tells you before start.At least the beds I slept they were good maybe there could be some that aren't that nice but I dint try them all but I'm pretty sure that if you talk to her about she'll do something.Paty also made us feel part of the family and that's so amazing because you don't feel like one of the crowd.This is my sincere experience,she was flexible

Foi uma boa experiência, uma rotina em meio a natureza, poder trabalhar ao ar livre, construindo coisas usando recursos naturais, junto de uma ovelha, podar árvores, coletar lenhas, enfim, foi muito bom poder estar aqui. Gostaria de agradecer a Patrícia por abrir a porta da sua casa, um lugar aconchegante com uma boa energia.

It was my first experience as volunteer, but also very rewarding! There's a lot to do, and that's really good, making time fly! I've met people from many countries and age groups, more friends to meet again someday! Patricia is a very good host, kind and friendly. I'll never forget my time there!

I had a great time here! I don't speak much spanish and Patricia was so welcoming and patient with me. I loved being around the sheep and dogs and cat and being outside for most of the day! It's pretty close to the city of Punta arenas and people are willing to pick up hitchhikers so it's easy to get to the city (also there is a bus that only costs $300 pesos). Thank you Patricia for welcoming me into your farm and home❤️

This was my first experience with Worldpackers, and everything went very well. Patricia and her family are lovely and very welcoming. I mostly did construction work, but I think the tasks will be more enjoyable in the summer. I also got to spend some time with the animals, which added a nice touch to the experience. The only downside is that the showers need a deep clean, and there isn't the necessary equipment on site to take care of it. Despite that, I had a great time overall and I'm happy with my experience!

Cool travellers gang! Working w/my hands in the earth, wind in my hair and sunrises felt therapeutic. Hours are intense. Host was flexible w/the hours/day. U also do some tasks inside, like hanging the hosts clothes 2 dry which was weird 2 do but ok. I must say though that the host criticized me saying that "my priority was tourism", when I didnt feel it that way. Of course I'll also want 2 see the wonders around, that's not strange 2 me. It wasnt very clean, seemed like volunteers were mostly the ones 2 clean. 1 day she questioned I'd worked 6.5 hrs, distrust felt bad. W/all: thx 4 having me!

It was a very rewarding experience! The working hours are respected on a weekly basis, but there's no question of falling asleep during them! Patricia knows a lot about the region, its history and its people! The town is welcoming and easily accessible by bus, as are most of the activities. What's more, you'll meet lots of other travellers ;)

Uma experiência realmente imersiva, com muito aprendizado, aprendi sobre cultivo de morangos, cuidados com as plantas, produção de marmeladas que a Patrícia produz com as frutas que são produzidas no local, que faz parte de um grande projeto conduzidos por mulheres. Patrícia é uma mulher com muita vivência, forte e guerreira, disposta a passar seu conhecimento e contribuir com o todo. Sobre as atividades, são atividades simples que variam desde rega até a manutenção de algo que precisa ser feito, todos os voluntários participam da limpeza da casa, o justo, sujou, limpou.
