This time at the organization still being unbelievable, it's all true about the atmosphere — you quickly start to feel like part of it. People are super nice, staff and guests. The work exchange is totally fair, with plenty of flexibility and food and accommodations are high quality. Davide is patient and a great boss. The organization is a magic place where you can meet wonderful people and have a really good and relaxed time! The atmosphere is really chilled and welcoming, also the shifts are more than fair. Plus I always had a vegan option every meal! the organization area next to it is very beautiful and you will always find simeone to go the organization with! Be aware that sometimes in high season times the volunteer car could be full and it could be a bit difficult to explore the island and that you can drive it only if you are at least 25. Anyway I for sure recommend the place, I also can't wait to go back.

I couldn't have imagined anything better as my first longer experience as a traveller! I felt welcome as soon as I arrived, and the feeling never really went away. It feels like a second home and you truly have everything you need right there. I'll definitely be going back!

So much love for Basecamp! A lovely little place nestled up in the hills surrounded by nature and some awesome the organization spots. I had the best time here but for sure it's the people you meet who make the organization so very special! The perfect place for sports and the organization enthusiasts, or for people who want to live a little slower. I definitely learned a lot in my time here. The work was fair and there was always someone to lend a hand if needed! Two weeks was definitely not enough in this wonderful place, I hope to be back soon 🥹❤️

I stayed for 3 weeks at the organization, for sure one of the best experience in my whole life. The way you can get in touch with nature it's incredibile. Even the stuff and all the people who worked there are in the same mood! Perfect for climbers and sport enthusiasts!

It was a truly great experience. Basecamp is such an amazing place which naturally attracts cool and nice people you'll be able to meet and hang out with. The work is more than fair and planned in advance. If you can not drive, you run the risk of being a little stuck there, but if there's other people who can around, you'll be fine and able to explore the island.
