My first volunteering experience through this platform was very wonderful, as I enjoyed beautiful nature, clean air, and good people, especially my brother Saeed, with whom I enjoyed beautiful conversations and learned a lot from him, I recommend visiting him. Thanks Saeed for everything.

I spent nearly 2 weeks at the project and had a great time there. I learned a lot about construction work and gardening. The work was fun. Said is a kind person and a flexible host. He always did his best to make me and the other volunteers feel welcome. He tought us a lot about the berber culture and I got a glimpse into moroccan village life. The house is hidden, giving much privacy and surrounded by beautiful mountains. The accomodation was basic, but there is everything you need. This place is perfect if you want to be close to nature. I would definitely go back :)

Beautiful nature and interesting project. I learned from Said about how he uses sustainable and recycled methods to build his house. Sometimes he has interesting ideas and likes to take his time. However, I think he needs better communication with people, and the house needs more rules and improved sanitation, so we stayed for a shorter time than expected.

My experience, which was supposed to last 2 weeks, ended after 15 hours. On the first morning we were together, Said showed impatience with differences and was aggressive in his communication. After shouting at us, he showed no willingness to have a non-aggressive dialogue to resolve the issue. We felt threatened and received help from a host who had already witnessed this type of behavior from Said with other volunteers. This is a warning that it was not an isolated case, the place also has no phone or internet coverage and is also extremely dirty and disorganized.

My time volunteering at Said place was short and challenging. We have to leave in the second day. we didn't feel safe and he was not open to dialogue sober. His approach often felt aggressive, out of temper and authoritarian, which led to a tense atmosphere from day one. Discussions escalated quickly, and there were instances of shouting and mocking that made me uncomfortable. This behavior goes against the spirit of volunteer work, which thrives on mutual respect and positive experiences. I hope this feedback can be a step towards creating a more welcoming environment for all volunteers.

These comments, are ment to help others who are going to volunteer in the future. And not just for the sake of good feedback to get more "jobs". It was what I was expecting: Low higiene, conditions, food These were not a problem for me. But after I had denied certain things of a more sexual interest, Said showed himself to be very unpacient and with a bad temper on the next day. He is not a bad person. He helped me to get to the resort, gave me food, and a nice room. Irs is very much a paradise there. I left cause I felt my time was being wasted and didnt feel safe as a gay man
