Minha experiência foi incrível! Além de uma imersão cultural, me senti abraçada pela equipe. Eles me ajudaram em tudo o que precisei e foram simplesmente incríveis. O café da manhã é bom e reforçado. Aos domingos tem assado, e nas sextas há aula de dança, que é bem divertida. Muito obrigada, Nico, Fede e Erandi! Vocês são maravilhosos. Estou indo embora com dor no coração. Melhor voluntariado que tive na Colômbia! Recomendo 1000 vezes. Respeitavam sempre os horários e explicavam tudo com calma e com muito respeito. Fede, Nanci, Angie e Nico foram muito gentis comigo, não tenho nada a reclamar. Me diverti muito e conheci muitas pessoas locais e de outros países. Voltaria com certeza. Uma grande abraço

Minha experiência no hostel foi muito boa! O trabalho é tranquilo, as horas são respeitadas e há bastante flexibilidade com os horários. A equipe é muito unida, os voluntários foram maravilhosos e alguns hóspedes acabaram se tornando grandes amigos. Me senti realmente acolhida por todos. O administrador do hostel é muito compreensivo e amigável com os voluntários, assim como a Angie, que também faz parte da equipe e sempre deixava o ambiente mais leve e divertido. O café da manhã está incluído e a estrutura do hostel é boa. Sem dúvida, eu voltaria a voluntariar aqui!

É um hostel muito bom pra quem tá procurando animação e festa, da pra conhecer muita gente do país e de fora também, a localização é ótima e o bairro seguro, tem várias áreas areas comuns e o quarto dos voluntários é espaçoso, os horários são respeitados, sem dúvidas eu voltaria!

The hostel is a cozy place with a very familiar atmosphere, they will make you feel welcome and explain you everything from the beginning. There are bbqs every sunday that are delicious and also the location is very convenient! There only thing to have in mind that you will need to have a night shift every now and then and the room for volunteers is not the best Ive had, but all in all a very good experience that I would recommend!

Volunteering at the hostel turned out to be one of the best decisions I made during my travels. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed warmly and quickly felt part of the team. The work is very manageable and flexible, giving you lots of time to explore Medellín. The other volunteers helped me get familiar with the tasks, and both Fede and Erandi were always available to answer questions and offer support whenever needed. I'm incredibly grateful for this opportunity—not only for the experience itself but also for the genuine connections I formed with the team and fellow travelers.

O hostel foi uma experiência incrível! Sou muito grato ao Erandi e ao Fede, que são anfitriões incríveis — sempre prestativos, acolhedores e com uma energia contagiante. As tarefas do voluntariado foram bem tranquilas, o que deixou espaço para aproveitar o lugar e conhecer gente do mundo todo. It was incredible working at the hostel Hostal and I cannot thank Fede and Erandi enough for creating an amazing first volunteer experience for me. The team of volunteers were amazing. I arrived alone not knowing anyone and I left with life long friends. Everyone was consistently looking out for Eachother and the team and hosts were incredibly accommodating, flexible, fair, and patient. MORE than flexible - we were given the ability to make adjustments to best suit our schedules, learning the system was easy, and I ADOREEEDD everyone I met.

I spent an amazing month at the hostel ! This is a place where you feel like home. I made so many connections with the other volunteers and the guests ! The hosts tempt to be here anytime we need them and they are very flexible with our schedules. This allowed me to visit many places around Medellin and its surroundings !
