Experiencia llena de aprendizajes, intensa y muy dinámica. La masía es un lugar increíble con mucha vida. Todas las posibles actividades tienen oportunidades para aprender y las aportaciones son bienvenidas por el equipo. La convivencia entre todas las personas, los animales y los viñedos ha sido también una gran experiencia. El lugar más especial de la masía para mi es la sala para practicar, un espacio increíble. Agradecida del tiempo que he compartido en el centro y de todas las personas a las que he conocido. Feliz camino!.

My experience at the Center was great, I met amazing people, I really enjoyed the work I did, and outside of my hours I was able to practise yoga, relax, and be in nature. I worked as a cook, the work was challenging at times, sometimes going over my agreed hours - which were later substituted with extra days off. The area is remote, so it can be difficult to get to the other places, but depending on if someone has a car available it can be arranged. Overall I would recommend the Center to anyone who is willing to work hard, meet new people (and animals) and take a break from the city

The experience at the Center was good. I learned a lot about the ins/outs of a the Center. There was a lot of space to grow as a Yoga teacher. The current team that was present was very comfortable, it gave a real sense of community. Helping each other and having a lot of joy while doing so. The owner is a sweet woman who is warm and flexible. There are plenty of pets you can cuddle :). The location is very beautiful. Maybe a bit difficult to reach with public transport but that also gives it an off grid experience. The food is tasty and mostly quite healthy. The cooks pepare it well.

O lugar do voluntariado é lindo porém é afastado de tudo, muito difícil acesso. O modo como o voluntariado está sendo feito é desorganizado. Não tive clareza das tarefas que iria fazer. Dificuldade de comunicação com a anfitriã. Muitos mosquitos no local. Comida oferecida não é suficiente para os voluntarios e sempre atrasada e em horários estranhos. Não recomendo esse local para voluntariar.

Cal Pau Cruset is a farmhouse in the middle of a beautiful landscape surrounded by vines and fruit trees where the tranquility is fascinating. As a volunteer I was able to share my yoga classes in English and Spanish with guests arriving from different parts of the world, in addition to helping with daily tasks at the place. The accommodation for me was good and the food was really delicious. It was a pleasure to share with Ellen and everybody who work and live there. I really loved to spent time with Ginebra y Olly, Shiva, Guapo Isha, Vishnu y Laksmi,and all cats . Gracias a todos !!!

I loved my time at the Center, the place is beautiful surrounded by nature and with lovely animals. I was a volunteer yoga teacher but also had to do other tasks to complete my agreed working hours. I helped in the kitchen, with cleaning and preparing the rooms for the guest and greeting them. The work was not too hard and we always had time to take small breaks between tasks and to socialise with the other people living and working at the Center, and that was the most special thing about this place for me, the amazing people I met and became friends with. Im so grateful for everything I learned thanks

My experience in Cal Pau Cruset was amazing! Ellen is an open and understanding person always willing to help, I want to thank her for listening and accepting the ideas of the Social Media Team. I really liked the passion the people here share for animal care and protection, I fell in love with all the furry family. All the staff is very nice and easy to work with. Excellent place to volunteer and be part of the Penedes experience.

This was an incredible experience, Ellen is a host who makes you feel welcome, the tasks are simple, the contact with nature and the tranquility of the place makes you feel at peace. You can coordinate your days off and visit nearby towns such as Sitges and Vilafranca. It's about an hour from Barcelona, you can take a train and arrive in Vilafranca and from there it's easy to get to the Masia. Thank you Ellen for everything, I will miss every member of the Masia.

I feel grateful for this experience in which I met very nice friends. I respect and appreciate the intention and effort that this place represents for the owner and the few people working there. But I perceived that is not a project that considers the human value of people as a priority, indeed a bussiness place, where the volunteers play the role of workers without payment and are in a kind of inferiority. I noticed very significant organizational challenges, like the lack of communication and lack of activities that support a team spirit and that cares of learning and growing of individuals

I spent an amazing month in Call Pau Cruset. I've been welcomed so well and meeting the team was so easy, that's a real pleasure when you've been travelling around :) If you love nature, food, animals, to swim, to hike, to laugh, you'll find all that. Here, I've developped some awesome tactical skills in cleanint the poe of the horses, I've been through the all life process of almonds and I tried to move my body in the yoga hall ! I would like to thanks with all my heart Fav, PLulu and Ellen. I'm so gratefull for the times we spent together.
