La experiencia fue hermosa, desde el primer día me hicieron sentir parte de la familia. Compartimos muchas comidas y momentos. el trabajo es más que nada de mantenimiento de los jardines y de los animales, y ocasionalmente alguna tarea de construcción dependiendo del proyecto, pero hagas lo que hagas la vista va a ser hermosa. gracias seba y familia por la buena onda, un placer haberlos conocido!

Mi experiencia fue genial y la pasé muy bien! Tenía una habitación privada, espacio tranquilo para trabajar como nómada digital, la comida siempre rica, contacto con diversos animales, aprendí sobre la cultura local y me sentí parte de la familia! En mis días libres, sábado y domingo, pude disfrutar de fiestas locales y de sitios turísticos de la región de Otavalo! Yésica y Efraim son muy amables y conscientes del intercambio voluntario! Grandes anfitriones son 🤎 Gracias, Sebastián por aceptarme y darme la oportunidad de vivir la experiencia en San Rafael! Les recomiendo

Mis días en el hostel fueron espectaculares, me sentí tan bienvenida y acogida que no demoré en sentir este lugar como un hogar. La familia es muy trabajadora, unida, comprometida y amorosa, los llevo en el corazón a todos. La comida fue deliciosa y el espacio para habitar era completamente digno. Sebas, el anfitrión, es un muchacho muy creativo, cálido y trabajador, le guardo un aprecio especial. Gracias miles por tan calurosa acogida y espero que el negocio siempre crezca y todos sus proyectos avancen satisfactoriamente ✨.

Fue una experiencia increíble, la vista desde las el hostel, la montaña imponente, la familia acogedora, y las diversas actividades que hay para hacer, hacen de este lugar algo mágico, agradezco a Sebas que siempre estuvo atento a cualquier duda, son una familia humilde muy grandes de corazón, te reciben como uno más de ellos 🖤

My boyfriend and I volunteered here for two weeks. The setting is stunning, surrounded by nature, farm animals, and beautiful views. It was also great to practice Spanish, as no one spoke English. They were very generous with meals, which we truly appreciated. That said, the organization could be improved. We had to switch beds four times in two weeks, and a few times we waited hours to be picked up without communication. One day we worked 5 extra hours (though some days had less work). The first accommodation also had no cell service or hot water. Overall grateful for the experience and stay!

This is an amazing experience. It's great place with an incredible view. The property and facilities are great; the food, animals and environment are amazing; everyone is very welcoming and the work is rewarding. Thank you everyone there for making this what it is. 10/10 Definitely reccomend!

I am SO GRATEFUL to the whole family at las the hostel! They made me feel so welcome, and we're very patient with me when my European Spanish meant I struggled to understand at times. They made me feel wanted, part of the family, and useful. They taught me loads, and were really understanding of the limitations I have because of my disability. This project is thoroughly enjoyable, both because of its breathtaking location and the warm reception. It's relaxed and easygoing. They also used my musical skills and gave me a chance to perform as well as the tasks I'd anticipated. Can't wait to return!

I had an amazing time creating content for this host. They have a beautiful eco resort with a scenic view. I could not get over that view. Sunrise and sunsets were amazing. Food was good. The host and family were very sweet, including me In everything. They took me on a boat tour. Had a blast!

Meine Erfahrung in the hostel war fantastisch! Ich wurde sehr herzlich von der Familie aufgenommen. Die Arbeit im Garten hat Spaß gemacht und war sehr kreativ und vielfältig. Manchmal habe ich auch auf der Farm, in der Küche und an der Rezeption mitgeholfen. Wir haben in der Freizeit viel unternommen und zusammen Ausflüge in die Umgebung gemacht. Das Zimmer war gemütlich und das Essen lecker. Ich hatte eine wunderbare Zeit mit der Familie. Es hat mir so gut gefallen, dass ich eine Woche länger blieb. Ich kann die Volunteer-Erfahrung definitiv weiterempfehlen! Danke für alles.

I really enjoyed my experience here. Everyone was very friendly and treated me with so much kindness. The work was fair and it is an excellent location as you have access to many hiking locations and many different cities to explore. The room I stayed in was repainted as well which made it look nicer than previously.
