The task are SUPER CHILL, it feels like if you did the CLEANING in your house DAILY, super EASY, This hostel is WONDERFUL, MUSIC INSTRUMENTS, BONFIRES EVERY NIGHT, MOVIES AS IF YOU WERE IN A CINEMA, UNFORGETTABLE PARTIES!!!!!!!!! IF YOU COOK FOR YOURSELF IS KIND COOK FOR EVERYONE TOO, IS A FAMILY ADVICE!!!!!! MEALS HERE ARE WOAO! SO DELICIOUS! A LOT OF SURPRISES, A LOOOT OF LAUGHS A LOT OF KINDNESS!!!!!!!! WOOOAAOO FOREVER GRATEFUL WITH THIS LOVELY FAMILY HOSTEL

Bricin and Patricia made me feel welcome straight away into their hostel family. I can safely say I had the best three weeks with them and how well they looked after me through being sick and a hurricane!! I would 100% recommend to anyone to stay at the hostel because it is an experience you never going to have anywhere else. I'm going to miss their whole family so much and can't wait until I can go back and visit them!

This was my first World Packers experience and I can't recommend them enough!! Bricin, Patricia, Billie and Cash are the nicest family I have ever met! Immediately they were so accommodating and welcoming, and I felt like I was apart of their family. The working hours vary from day to day depending on how busy the hostel is, but as long as you have a optimistic attitude and are a hard worker you should be good to go!! Bricin and Patricia did everything in their power to make sure I was taken care of, and took me to beaches and hikes all around Cape Breton Island. the hostel RULES!!!

Patricia, Bricin, Peter, and the kids immediately welcomed me into their home and were willing to take us on all sorts of excursions and trips after the chores were completed. The cleaning is meticulous and and after a while you sort of build a routine. Its a two way street and what you put in is what you will get out of your experience. Lots of movie nights, lots of campfires, lots of tasty food, lots of hikes, and lots of good beaches! I would highly recommend this to anyone that wants to be part of a hostel family, meet new people everyday from all over the world, and connect with nature.
