My experience was perfect.🤩 The work is easy, there are few hours in the day, so you have free time to get to know London and the working hours are respected. The hostel facility is good, the room is comfortable. Mederic and Adriana are wonderful people, super friendly and receptive, they explained the tasks very well to me. I was able to meet people from other countries and connect with them. I practiced English and a little Spanish. The hostel is right in the center of London and that made it possible for me to go to many places on foot. I highly recommend this hostel!

The hostel is the best hostel in London, I mean, of course, I don't know all the hostels in London, but I can assure you that the hostel is the best in what they purpose for you. The people who live here are nice, the facilities are amazing, and the job is quite easy - but of course, it's a job, and you have to have this in mind. Ah, and the staff is very nice as well, Mederic and Adriana are super friendly and lovely. The job helped me in the improvement of my conversation skills, and vocabulary. I will definitely tell you: Come and enjoy your time here at the hostel.

The hostel was an amazing experience, Mederic is a very kind and respectful person, Adriana still made me feel supported, the place is in a very central area and very well connected with places of interest, this was my first experience as a volunteer and it was incredible, I definitely recommend it and I would love to come back.

I have had an amazing experience in Helping House. The manager team is very friendly, polite and flexible. The work is very easy and perfectly structured in a short shift in the morning, so that you could spend your time enjoying the city and doing whatever you want. The Hostel is located in one of the most exclusive nationhood's of London, quiet, very closed to Hyde Park, and with all kind of services and transports nearby. The rooms and common areas are very comfortable, clean and full equped. El ambient is cool, cosmopolitan and plenty of people from all the world.

I consider that this was a highly rewarding experience, I met amazing people from different cultures who were very kind and showed me another vision of the world. The managers of the Hostel (Mederic and Adriana) were always kind and respectful, as well as the person in charge of my area (Wojtek) and he also told me what and how to do everything they needed. The neighborhood where the hostel is located is very nice and in London there is never a lack of views, you have to take into account that it is a bit expensive, I thank the team and all the volunteers and non-volunteers, who made me feel happy

I had a great experience at the hostel. The hours of work are respected and flexible. The tasks are easy and working in reception allows you to improve your English and meet people that can become your friends. Food is also provided and location is superb. Managers are great to work with, so I definitely recommend volunteering at the hostel.
