Help needed at our hostel in tirana

I had an amazing three weeks volunteering at the hostel. Franc and all the volunteers were kind and am so grateful to have met them all. The responsibilities were exactly as they were explained when i applied and it was nice to have three days off per week to take trips to the surrounding areas.

Franc is a very responsive and flexible host. Any concern of questions he can help you with instantly and it's always there to answer even during night shifts. The hostel's location is quite centric—walking distance from everything, and your schedule allows you to explore Albania or other Balkan countries during your days off.

Volunteering at the hostel is a fantastic opportunity to connect with worldwide travelers and be in the center of Albania. It was very easy to adapt to the place and know people from all over the world. Get ready to help with reception, laundry, cleaning, and to have some fun! Overall it was a great experience and gave me the chance to discover Albania and travel a bit! Grateful for this experience.

I had a great time at the hostel. Franc is an excellent host, very friendly, welcoming and understanding; he makes you feel like part of the family since day one. The shifts are well organized and planned in advance, so it's easy to make plans for the days off. Also the atmosphere with the other volunteers and the guests is very nice and sociable. I really enjoyed this experience, thanks for everything! :)

Staying at the hostel is an amazing experience. Since my arrival Franc showed kindness and interest in making all the volunteers and guests to feel comfortable. The location is a 10/10, there's shops all around the street and it's just a few minutes walking from the city center. The hours of work are just as described and it's very easy. The volunteers are also very polite and friendly. You have 3 days off in a row so you can go to other cities too :) Thank you Franc for everything! it was a pleasure to be part of your team

This place is chill and cozy, I had so much fun hanging out with guests and the other volunteers. Job is easy and we get a lot of free time to visit the city and the rest of Albania! Franc is nice, he loves to joke and to hangout with everyone ! I will truly miss it!

This was my first volunteering experience through Worldpackers and I really enjoyed staying there. Owner Franc together with other volunteer members, we always helped each other for work and created a home-away-from-home atmosphere! They were like my family. Time flew so fast while I was having a good time with them. I met lifelong friends both volunteer members and guests. Can't describe enough how incredible my experience was! Tirana is a great city to explore and a lot of nice cafes! 3 consecutive off days allow us to explore other part of Albania and even nearby countries!

My experience at the hostel was amazing! Franc is a good host, always friendly, kind and doing his best for the team of volunteers. I felt at home here. The hostel is super nice, good place to stay and make new friends, many international travelers so it is a good environment for practicing English and getting in touch with different nationalities. The job and the tasks aren't difficult, and having 3 days off per week is a good advantage if u want to explore different cities and places within Albania. Thank you so much Franc! Looking forward for coming back soon!!!

This was my first ever Worldpacker experience and it couldn't have been better! The work is straight forward and the hours very reasonable, so you'll have a lot of time to explore Albania on your days off. Special thanks to Franc, who's not only a great host for his hostel guests but also for us as volunteers! He's always open for questions and feedback and jumps in when needed! With him, you'll not only have the most fun night outs but you'll also make a friend in Tirana! @ Franc: Thank you for everything and hope to see you soon again!

Lea was an amazing volunteer...she is really good at all the work around the hostel...she speaks really good English and she is great with the guests and other volunteers....super possitive and you will be really lucky to have her as a volunteer
