I had an amazing time here! I actually decided to extend my stay on top of the month I spent. The fellow staff are super nice and sociable. Yuliya is very helpful and understanding. Hours were exactly what was said and the tasks were explained really well before hand! They let me have a few days off to go to Spain for a last minute trip. The pub crawls are super fun too, staff is always energized and make it a great time. They also make sure you feel comfortable. Anytime a guest was drunk and rude or creepy or just annoying there was someone to step in and help you with them! Would recomend!!

I'd need 2 different reviews for this experience: one for the hostel and one for Yuliya, the manager. The hostel is great, in the centre of Krakow. I did reception, easy work, chill most of the times and a bit of the hostel (if you want more you can always join them :D). The volunteers and the staff were great and I had enough time to visit places in Poland. Yuliya, the manager, is the kindest person I have ever met. She's always taking care of everyone, always helpful and resolutive. She makes the whole experience even better. The hostel is lucky to have her as the manager. Thank you <3

There are not enough words to describe how amazing this place is. I felt like I was home and didn't want to leave. The job is not hard at all and you have lots of fun. Yuliya is the best manager ever, she'll always help you. Actually, all the staff are nice, like a family indeed. I'll always remember this place and these people ❤️

It was a wonderful experience, if you like parties you will love the hostel. I worked as a cleaner and for me the work was super peaceful.Everyone who works there is super nice and with the pub crawl at the hostel we always have a the hostel to go to. I totally recommend it.

This was a great volunteering experience - especially as my first worldpackers experience. The work was fair and very well organised/ scheduled; you could request particular days off and I still had time to explore. Yuliya is a lovely manager and very patient with staff, especially when I would make a mistake at reception while learning! All the volunteers are very close, and once you settle in you feel very at home. Unfortunately, I had to leave early for medical reasons, and I was so sad to go! Highly recommend ❤️

This was my first worldpackers experience and it was honestly amazing! I could not recommend this hostel more! The work is simple and exactly as it was described, and the schedule is perfect for being able to explore the city and enjoy the nightlife too. All the volunteers are lovely and it honestly has felt like a little family here. I have absolutely loved my time here and recommend this place to everyone !

This was my first experience making a volunteer and couldn't be better, yuliya it's amazing person she is super flexible and helpful with everything. The work in the hostel it's pretty easy and all the staff's are so adorable, this hostel it's a truly big family, thank you so much for this opportunity and I recommend for everyone! ❤️
