I had a great time volunteering here!! Michelle and the team are absolutely lovely and the place is really cozy!! I would absolutely recommend you to come here for your volunteering. Good thing to know is that the room of the volunteers are not in the best condition.

I really enjoyed my time at Hostel the hostel. The manager Clara is super friendly and always open for questions! Since it was my first time volunteering in a hostel, I had no expectations.For work you either have a reception, bar or breakfast shift.The work is very easy, especially if the hostel is not that busy at that day. I really enjoyed my stay at the hostel, but decided to cut my stay a bit short, since I found the work a bit repetitive and wanted to move on to the next place. Gracias por todo Clara!

I had such an incredible experience in the hostel. The hostel is lovely, just by the river and surrounded by nature. Volunteering was fun and I've met so many other travelers. I love Rurre and would stay for longer. Downsides: our room could be cleaner, mosquitoes, super hot weather - but swimming pool can help on that. I do recommend the hostel for a chilled and enjoyable time in the jungle.

Hostel o hostel foi uma ótima experiência, pudemos exercer diferentes funções e tanto o staff quanto os outros voluntários foram ótimos. As tarefas e os turnos foram realizados dentro do acordado, o café da manhã ótimo e aproveitamos muito para curtir as dependências do hostel assim como a cidade de Rurre!

Foi ótimo passar esse tempo no hostel! O lugar é lindo, o rio em frente ao hostel deixa o lugar muito mágico! As atividades foram tranquilas, a equipe e as voluntárias foram ótimas, e Oreja, o "dogdono" do hostel 😂 nos guiou numa trilha ali pertinho, foi muito legal! Gracias a todos por la oportunidad! The hostel is in a lovely location, right next to the river and a 5 minute walk to the main town. The pool and common areas in the hostel are great for relaxing! All the staff are really friendly and I enjoyed taking photos and making videos for the hostel!

Experiência muito boa no the hostel em Rurrenabaque. Pude ajudar cuidando do jardim, ficando na recepção e tocando o bar. O ambiente de trabalho é leve, as pessoas são gentis e amigáveis e nas horas livres você pode aproveitar a piscina do hostel ou explorar Rurre e os arredores. A experiência foi bacana também pra conhecer de perto os desafios de gerenciar um hostel em uma cidade um pouco mais afastada dos centros urbanos.

Minha estadia no hostel foi maravilhosa. Fiquei por um mês e depois pude voltar e ficar mais duas semanas. O trabalho era agradável e descontraído, proporcionando-me a oportunidade de conhecer pessoas de diversas nacionalidades, praticar inglês e espanhol, além de estabelecer laços de amizade que tenho certeza que vou manter para o resto da vida. A cidade em si é um encanto, repleta de lugares pitorescos para explorar e habitantes locais acolhedores. Ah, e não posso esquecer de mencionar os adoráveis cachorros residentes no hostel. Recomendo vivamente essa experiência enriquecedora.

It was a really great experience, the team was great and the hostel is Amazing! I spent lots of time with the other volunteers/ employees and it felt like a little family away from home. The hostel is close to town and there are some really cool little hikes close by.
