Amazing hosts, but I left early because a construction work started. I was very well received by Rodrigo and Deise. Tasks were very organized and clear, schedules were respected and hosts made me feel comfortable. Rodrigo was excelent and always there to support, open to talk and help with whatever was needed. However, the owner started a major construction project and it created a lot of dust, even inside the rooms. I had a very strong allergic reaction that made me sick, with difficulty breathing and sleeping at night. It was no longer possible to continue and I had to leave early.

This was my first time volunteering with Worldpackers and I liked the experience. Rodrigo is a great person, flexible and straight about tasks. However, I didn't had a training day, so I had a lot of errors about how the reception records worked (check-in and check-out). The cleaning by suitable profissionals. Despite this, the envioronment is peaceful, I felt comfortable and I had the opportunity to practice my English. If you are looking for a busy hostel, this is not the best option. The guests are much older and the place is a bit remote, there aren't many things to do nearby.

I highly recommend this volunteering. In a place surrounded by nature, near the mountains and the sea. The hostel managers are very friendly and flexible. I stayed longer than expected and had a great time. In addition, several times we had dinner together or did activities together at the hostel. I pick up many friends As for the work, it is relaxed and the agreed schedules are well fulfilled. I'm glad to pickup friends by WorldPackers

The building itself is a bit rundown, you will have to put a lot of effort to overcome all the possible (unpredictable) situations. What's the fun otherwise? You're going to have the time of your life! All the times I faced some difficulties, I went around by crying for "Ramiroo" or "Rodrigoo" and even if they had their hands full, they always came in my rescue: "Che pasa Roberta?" Your duties are up to the time of the shift but mainly based on cleaning and reception. Rodrigo was the super caring manager, Ramiro my favourite hater teammate, and all of my precious colleagues just too precious♡

That was my first experience with worldpackers, not my first volunteering Ina hostel, though. Rodrigo, the manager/host, is a really nice guy. Also, all the staff that passed by while I was there were super nice. I got the opportunity to have a lot of fun while volunteering there. The shift wasn't hard, basically reception, changing and cleaning bed sheets, organizing the kitchen.. the would depend on which shift you are in, which would change daily, so everyone gets to do everything. Everything we agreed on was respected. I super recommend this experience!

This hostel is truly special. I had an amazing month here. It is a great place to relax whilst also having a great opportunity to socialise with other volunteers and guests. It's very different to other newer hostels in Europe, in my opinion much more charming and authentic. I'm so glad I ended up in this corner of the world for the month I worked here. The manager and other volunteers helped make the experience as good as it could be.

An amazing place! Rodrigo is a great host and the place is great to get to know Montenegro. The chores are easy: try to keep clean bathrooms, do laundry, helping with check in in case is needed and socialize with guests. They have a great pool table that is open for everyone. The beach is about 20 min from the hostel. We had a great time and made good friends we definitely come back! Thanks for everything Rodrigo.

I went there during low season so it was fairly quiet, but definitely a good place for those who look for something low key. Tivat is beautiful, however, and you can hang out at the beach or on the rooftop terrace every day. The other volunteers here were amazing and Rodrigo is a very chill and flexible manager. Also if you love cats, then this is the place for you.
