I volunteered at the hotel for 5 weeks and the time flew by. It was an incredible experience! The work was definitely fair, we got provided with such good selection of food and drinks, the room is spacious, there are also bikes to explore the surroundings. Anna took us on some amazing trips that I will forever cherish. The surroundings are truly breathtaking and even staying for 5 weeks never got boring, there are so many things to do and see. Big big thank you to Anna and the whole staff for making me feel at home and a part of a family. It was amazing, with much love - thank you! ❤️

My time at the hotel was just amazing! We stayed for around 5 weeks and during that time, Anna and the other hosts created such a nice atmosphere and showed us around Slovenia. The work is totally fair, accomendation and food supply for the volunteers is great and the location of the hotel is nothing but perfect. We went on a hike with our hosts, Anna showed us other parts of Slovenia and you'll always get a ride to the next bus station if necessary. The work starts from 10 in the morning, so you have a lot of free time to explore the surroundings. Thank you all for everything!

In one word: incredible! I could never ask for a more loving and enjoyable host for my first volunteering abroad. Nor a better location for it! It is such a shame that I had to leave after barely two weeks, but I will still look back to the time I spent there with fondness and joy. Truth be told, I was unsure what to expect on my first volunteering, but the on the first day, I was greeted so welcomly by both staff and other volunteers and it just continued from there. Being someone who loves hiking and mountains, the location really has everything. Thank you Anna for making my best summer yet.

This was my first time volunteering in Europe and I really enjoyed the experience. I had a great welcome from Anna, Vladimir and Alex. Anna was very kind and always concerned about my well-being. Vladimir and Alex were great hosts and made delicious food and drinks. I enjoyed the free hours and days to walk around and get to know the beautiful places in the area. I recommend this volunteering programme to anyone who likes quiet places close to nature. I'm very grateful to dear Anna, Vladimir and Alex for the special moments we had together. It was a very good and unforgettable exchange.

I have never felt so comfortable and in complete autonomy volunteering as I did here at the hotel. The work is intense from 10 am onwards, but nothing that cannot be completed within the established 5 hours. I was enchanted by rural Slovenia but what captured my heart forever was being warmly welcomed by Anna, Vlad and Alex. They are lovely, patient and very generous. Vlad and Alex were always willing to take us to visit tourist places, and they are incredible people who I had the pleasure of working with every day. Thank you again for having me 🙏🏻 I'll miss you all. Much love ❤

I had such a good time volunteering in the hotel! The work was easy and the hours were respected, we cleaned the rooms after check out at 10am and would clean and do laundry usually until 2 or 3pm. Anna was on holiday while I was there, but Vlad made us feel at home and always checked if we had everything we needed. The surroundings are beautiful and there is much you can visit while staying there, during the afternoons and on your day off. Vlad would always give us rides when he could. The room the volunteers stay in is good, spacious and clean, and so is the bathroom.

Anna Vlad and Alex at the hotel are fantastic! We felt very welcomed. Anna explained everything to us regarding our living space, rules and our work. The work is pretty simple, you start the day at 10 cleaning the hotel and we generally did some laundry afterwards. Working hours and days off were respected, and Anna even took us on a trip on our day off! The volunteers room is great and had a bathroom. We just had to provide a shopping list and they supplied all our food, and we also got to share some meals. Overall we had a great time and couldn't recommend these guys enough!

Anna, Vlad and Alex were fantastic hosts! There was no confusion regarding work, food or living requirements. They supplied us with everything we'd need, including easy to follow instructions, and plenty of knowledge about the local area. As well as this they were all just awesome people to be able to hang around with for the few weeks we were there! Our time flew by, and we wished we could've stayed for longer, we both had a great time. Lots of laughs and plenty of shared meals and drinks. We definitely consider everyone at the hotel as friends and we'll definitely be trying to make it back!

It was a good experience at the hotel. I have to confess that when I arrived at the hotel, I was worried about the amount of work I was going to have to do in the flats, but it was easy, Anna managed it very well, and the flats are very clean. we just had to keep the place clean. We worked to schedule, with no pressure. Both Anna and Vlado are very friendly and kind, they make you feel at home. They were always willing to help us with anything we needed. Thanks again for the tours and the cultural immersion we had. We were delighted with Slovenia. It's a beautiful country to visit.

It's exactly as you read in the previous comments. The hotel is beautiful and you have everything you need. Anna and the others are amazing. They're very polite and friendly. They took us to see places and I felt they were genuine with us.
