Crescent Moon is wilderness retreat set on 100-acres by the sea.

We are looking for someone that is good at building, gardening, or painting and isn't put off by a couple of hours raking leaves a day. Mostly, you will be assisting Kevin who is a regarded as one of the finest furniture makers in Australia.

This would suit a passionate, easy-going applicant that can cook for themselves and loves the ocean and nature.

Programa detallado

Jobs are fluid.

We are in the building stage of our business so you may be helping Kevin prepare timber or helping us maintain the driveway which is our calling card: 1.5 kilometres of Melaleuca Forest. Jobs can range from building to groundskeeping or lifting and moving furniture between our three houses.

You will have ample free time to explore the region so if you are a super or fisherman, you are in luck. We front a well-known surf break and fishing spot.

In exchange for use of the caravan, we expect 10 good hours work. Beyond that, we pay $25 to $28 hours a week on the books. If you are a qualified carpenter, we may revisit this rate in time.

Actividades & Turnos

About 4 days a week, 6 hours a day. Sometimes it can be less, sometimes a little more.

We are happy to meet remote visa requirements or accommodate a couple that can double as maintenance and housekeeping.

Reglas

You will do all your own cooking. If you need a lift into Kempsey you are welcome to join us but a car is a bonus. No parties on the property and please don't go to the guest's houses when they are staying. You must be trustworthy and we reserve the right to ask you to leave at anytime.
