Esta ha sido la mejor experiencia de mi vida.El hostel es muy acogedor bonito y limpio.Y ni hablar de Gemma y Valentin los dueños del hostel,ellos me trataron como a un miembro mas de la familia. Organizaron paseos fuera de la ciudad para llevarme a conocer y ademas conoci a Eva una buena amiga de ellos que tambien me acogio como a su familia. Me llevo en el corazon a una gran familia. El trabajo en el hostel es muy muy sencillo te da mucho tiempo para conocer otras ciudades y ademas gemma es la persona mas relajada que puedas conocer. Te ayuda y entiende en todo. Sin duda volveré Gracias

No me alcanzan las palabras para describir mi experiencia. Personas en este mundo como Gemma, Valentin y Eva es encontrar el tesoro más valioso. Desde el primer abrazo al llegar, se convirtieron en mi familia. El Hostel fácilmente se convierte en tu casa, y sus huéspedes en amigos para toda la vida. El trabajo es fácil, debes saber organizarte (yo tengo problemas de perfeccionismo y quizás dedicaba alguna hora más por amor). Santander es turismo y cultura, una ciudad totalmente cambinable, divertida y hermosa! Gracias por tanto, sé que nos volveremos a ver!

Recomiendo mucho conocer este hostel. He pasado un mes en un lugar súper confortable, compartiendo charlas y momentos con huéspedes de todas partes del mundo. Sus dueños, gemma y valentin, siempre atentos y amigables, logran crear un ambiente familiar y acogedor. Siempre recordaré con mucho cariño la ciudad y su el hostel.

The experience in the hostel is definitely recommendable. I stayed here for one month and had a great time. Santander is beautiful and there are variety of things you can do. The Hostel has a perfect location right in the center and at the ocean. One challenge is that you sleep in the 9-bedroom. So you need to be fine with sharing your space with volunteer and guests. The work is super manageable and you work hours are respectful. You have a great deal of autonomy in the planing which is pretty flexible depending on your coworkers. The host isn't really around but super nice and helpful

I loved Santander. The hosts were great, but the shifts were a bit much. But I still enjoyed the time I spent there.

It was fantastic work at the hostel! Lovely people (other volunteers, Gise y Cami, and the travelers) and most important thing was that Gemma was very kind and very disponible for everything. I really recommend this hostel for people who want to visit nord Spain and know Spanish culture ;)

Was a great experience!!! Sntander is so beautiful and nice city to live! Also the hostel was very cozy and well located. The tasks were very easy and Gemma is such a nice person =) I loved my experience!!

Tive uma ótima experiência, com uma família super acolhedora, cidade encantadora, numa região povoada de história e belas paisagens. *O Hostel tem uma localização excepcional, no coração da cidade, com uma vista deliciosa. *A equipa é acolhedora, sempre disponível e fomenta imenso a autonomia. *As tarefas incluem apoio na recepção e organização do hostel,a nível de limpeza, lavandaria e apoio logístico. O horário de 5h/dia liberta imenso tempo para explorar a cidade e arredores. Muchas gracias Gemma, Eva, Javier y Valentín.Vos echaré de menos :) Ezaú, grande compañero :D juntos!

Lovely hostel with a beautiful view and a very nice host . There was another volunteer, so that each had another shift to do. Tasks were fair. For anyone wanting to apply without speaking Spanish: It probably would have been a nicer experience if I had been capable of speaking Spanish. Communicating with some guests was a bit challenging because of the language barrier, but everything worked out in the end.

My experience in HS was really good :) The hostel is really quiet (too much quiet sometimes) and I had to work only in the morning, so I could enjoy the beach and the city. Gema is really kind and friendly and I had a lot of fun with the other volunteer Anto :) I definitely recommend this hostel!
