The time I had at Stads nomaden was great. I arrived at a verry chill time, so I was mostly cooking/cleaning in a couze kitchen. But later there was gardening, carpentry, event build up. Most fun was when I got to know other travelers from around and learn lite bit more Spanish.

One of the most incredible places I've ever been, I just have to be grateful for so much and everything I've lived, for all the hugs and laughs. It's a place parallel to reality and I definitely want to go back.

Without doubt my time at the eco village was an experience I'll never forget! While the physical place itself is a beautiful haven bursting with creative energy, the people there are what makes it so special. From philosophical conversations over a beautiful meal made with love, to playing music and practicing yoga, to the good morning hugs and the good night laughter, to the meaningful connections and the warm atmosphere. It's beautiful! Also, the work here is mainly independent so be prepared to have some initiative to make a difference at the community.🤘🤘

I loved the golden mornings there, and the slow sunsets too. I loved the pulsing creativity, the chaotic energy, the messy, philosophical conversations too. Things will happen here; a phoenix will rise out of scrap wood, meals will be cooked, (beautiful meals too!), the kitchen will be a mess one minute, rain and mud everywhere, but it will all be alright, the sun will shine and the place will be alive and well again. One can only learn to let go, be a little patient. I came looking for characters and a life lived boldly and oddly. Stads Nomaden is that, and much more! Truly, dank je!

Well the Statsnomaden is a one of kind place that's a gem to be apart of if your ready for a eclectic and over the top experience then look 👀 into this world packers destination it's unique and a great learning curve in self sustainability on a whole different but positive level. The community is a well rounded group of individuals trying bring together a simpler and cost effective way of living in these crazy times bless the few who see threw the BS and cut there own path. This place is so special ✨ the community consists of diverse, very talented and artistic people. They are warm, kind, humble and so very welcoming. From the yoga to the organic food, to the animals, to the people, everything in this community made my stay truly life changing 🥹 I met an extraordinary Worldpacker, my girl Emily ❤️ muito obrigada por tudo! I had an incredible time at the eco village, it was truly gezellig! I'm really grateful for those I got to met during my stay there, everyone made me feel welcomed since from the very beginning. I have to highlight specially meeting Naoual and Sandra, the other volunteers! Girls, dankjewel for everything. I was lucky enough to see how my work might help a small and special community and project. If your are looking for a place to connect with people and feel part of a community while helping in a variety of small projects, this is the place for you.

I'm in love with this place and the people. I had my own room and they teach me a lot of things. I practiced a lot of Dutch and learn how to build different things. A real Dutch experience, all the crew treat me really good and I felt as home. You will learn the true meaning of community with them. I'm really thankful for everything.

Living at the eco village has given me the chance to learn about alternative ways of life, more connected with people and with nature, and making the most of the resources that we already have. I have also met a lot of new international people, their cultures, music and different topics that I would have never heard. The experiences of every person have really touched me. And thanks to Leo, the other volunteer, for the time together. Was really nice! Now, I have decided to stay in the Netherlands to live, and I am sure I will be visiting the eco village more times. Thank you very much! Really🙏❤
