Truly an exceptional experience. I visited during the off-season, so daily tasks mainly included preparing rooms, general cleanup, painting and the like. Working hours are extremely reasonable, and I cannot speak more highly about the team here. Milka, Daniel and family were such gracious, generous hosts. Javier was a particularly fun and motivating soul. If you're looking for a place with some incredible people in a quaint town on a gorgeous coast, look no further.

The beach is really beautiful and peaceful. Every day I took advantage of my free time to enjoy the sunset and relax on the beach or on the surrounding islands. The housekeeping work is ok, nothing too difficult. My biggest concern is that the accommodation has changed a lot from what you see in the photos on the platform, the room is much more run down and dirty, and the bathroom was filthy. But apart from the accommodation issue, everything was good and peaceful!

I had a very nice time staying at the guest house! The accomodations were great - I stayed in a lovely room, and helped to cook delicious lunches everyday. This was a beautiful place to stay in, right by the beach, and everyone here was very nice! I'm greatful for all the cooking skills I learned and the chance to truly relax and live so close to the water. Thank all you so much again for a wonderful experience!

I had a lovely time helping out at Pinch over the last month. Working with Javi was great and Milka, Daniel and family are very generous and welcoming. It was low season so I was mostly helping out with cooking and doing odd jobs around the guest rooms, which was very fair for the lovely room I stayed in. There was lots of time to explore and I spent most of it swimming in the sea which was just a few minutes walk. Thank you!

The whole team was amazing they are like a big family, they made me feel like home and very welcome. Thanks Milka, Javi and Rebe. I am so grateful that this was my first world packers experience. The tasks are not that complicated if you put effort on them and everyday you have a lot of free time to do whatever you want. Pakostane is a beautiful small village and the perfect place if you want to relax, however on season im sure is a lot more crowded. I recommend this place 100%

This was my first Worldpackers experience and I truly had a fulfilling time. The family who run the place are all characterful and lovely people! I ended up doing mostly painting and decorating (with lakeside gardening days on Saturdays) which I was very happy about. I got to meet and spend time with the other volunteers and people who worked there during our time off. I felt quite welcomed by everyone :). I hope to visit again!

My time in Pakoštane was great, the staff are welcoming and treat you like family. The tasks are manageable and work hours are always respected. the accommodation is amazing! I'd recommend to all travellers :)

As my first experience with a workstay, it was definitely a good introduction. I believe that the work would be more consistent during the season, for I was left workless for long periods of time and during the time off, I was left to my own devices. The town is very quiet and peaceful. There isn't much to do during the day. The work was simple, once you get the task of the day, you'll be left alone for the most part to complete the job. Great if you enjoy alone time or just need a breather from life. Otherwise, everybody was very kind.
