This experience was the highlight of my trip for now. The host is very welcoming and I felt at home. We even spent Christmas together! If there was a problem, I knew I could talk to the owner. Furthermore, you really only have to work during the assigned hours and the communication about the tasks was very clear. The hostal is very clean and located in a safe area! The owner is living close by and is helping if there is a problem. It was more than just a work experience, I made really nice friends and could practice my Spanish and English. Would 100% recommend it!

Fui muito feliz no hostel. A casa é muito agradável, assim como todos que moram lá, os viajantes e os outros voluntários. A Fran é uma ótima anfitriã e ótima pessoa. Os horários são respeitados e o trabalho é tranquilo. Com certeza recomendo o hostel 😍

Very positive experience overall! We had some communication issues at the beginning that were actively improved by the time I was gone. The people are very nice and the establishment is well-equipped to receive you.
