I had a great time during my stay at the hostel, the management was very kind and respectful and easy to talk to when any issue came up. The other volunteers were generally amazing and we all had a really great time together. The work was alright and I still had plenty of free time. The accommodation was a bit dark but other than that it was a pretty cool environment. I would recommend this host to anyone looking for a chill international hostel that is close to a historical center and several beaches.

I didn't continue the experience in this hostel because from when I arrived I felt unsafe. The host that I wrote to by message wasn't there and there were only volunteers that didn't know when I would start to work and which team I was supposed to be in. They put me in a room without a lock and window without glass and in all the hostel there was only three bathrooms for everyone including volunteers and guests. There was no covid prevention measures. No one was at the front desk so I left without telling them and when I messaged the host she never answered my message letting her know.

Horrible experience, did not even stay one night. Had to spend lots of money on other accomodatio -female dorm has door sized window with access from terrace, that is left open(anyone can walk in and out) -no glass on male dorm window -no locks on male dorms -no one told us we would sleep in sperate rooms -disorganised, no one knew what team we were in or when we would start volunteering -dirty kitchen and bathroom -3 showers and 3 toilets for 40 people -no space for food in the fridge -laundry has to be done in a sperate building -dirty mattresses and paint buckets in entrance
