The month that I spent at the hostel was one of the best months of my life. I had an amazing time getting to know the other volunteers and all the guests that passed through. The facilities are great; This is a really, really nice hostel. Tomás was a great manager and the activities I was scheduled for were enjoyable and never too much of a time commitment. Just be ready to socialize! I would recommend this to anyone with a high social battery looking to spend a prolonged period in beautiful Porto :)

This was my third time volunteering at a hostel - and I can honestly say that this experience has been nothing but amazing. the hostel is incredible with all the staff, the location and the environment. the hostel is super spacious and clean, and everyday different activities that allowed all the guest and staff to get together. Our schedule was always super chill and fair, and it never felt like working - more like socialising and having fun all together. I leave this experience fulfilled with so much happiness and memories, I can't recommend this enough. Can't wait to be back<3

Staying in the hostel has been one of the most incredible experience in my life. About the shifts: they are easy and so fun and you still have plenty of time to explore the city. Porto is the most incredible city ever ! If you are the type of person that loves to party, meet people around the world it's the perfect place for you. Tomas, the staff , housekeeping , and all the others volunteers make you feel like home and became family for life, they are AMAZING! I will always the thankful for these experience. Can't wait to come back ! 🤍

I spent an amazing month volunteering for the first time at the hostel and it was truly a fantastic experience. The work was super easy and fun, which allowed me to enjoy every single minute and meet so many people from all over the world. The place was always clean and well maintained, making the stay even more comfortable. But what really made the difference was the staff and other volunteers. Everyone was incredibly friendly, always ready to help, and created such a welcoming environment. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun experience!

My experience in the hostel was beyond any kind of expectations I had. If you're extroverted and like interacting and meeting new people, that's the perfect place for you. I've met many people from all over the world and made some really good friends. Tomás, the other volunteers, the housekeepers and the whole staff are incredible and will always be available to help you. The work is so nice that even when you're not working you still join all the activities. I'm leaving the hostel full of love, new learnings and I'm already looking forward to coming back! My experience at the hostel was one of the best I've had! All the tasks were fun, social and entertaining. Porto is a beautiful city with so much to do and experience. I was working with 8-10 other volunteers and I've made friends for life there. the hostel its self was a beautiful building, clean and many places to hang out or have some alone time.

I can't recommend the hostel enough! Beautiful hostel in the center of Porto, quite literally inside a train station. The other volunteers were very welcoming from the beginning and immediately felt like family. Tomas and the other staff were always kind and fair, they really value good communication and a positive attitude. The work is very social and I was able to meet so many incredible guests, locals, and get closer with the other volunteers. The hours are fair and tasks are not too difficult so I had plenty of time to explore Porto. TPH will always feel like home to me!

My time at the hostel was truly amazing. Tomas is an amazing manager, the work is easy and you have a lot of free time to explore Porto. I met the most amazing and lovely people on my trip and I'm very thankful for that. Looking foreward to visit the hostel again. Lots of love and thank you

My experience at the hostel was more than just a volunteering opportunity; it was a journey of self-discovery and belonging. From the moment I arrived, I felt fully accepted, allowing me to explore new sides of myself with freedom. I set out to make the most of every moment, and I did—embracing a sense of joy and liberation that had been missing from my life for months . The tasks started to fit to my personally for which I was truly grateful to my host. The volunteers quickly became like family and the hostel felt like home. I will always remember this experience. Had the best time ever!! the hostel Itself is amazing, perfect central location to explore Porto, very well ran and feels homely. You feel instantly welcomed coming into the hostel, and become so close with the other volunteers. Tomas is a great manager and ensures the shifts are always distributed fairly. The work is fun and doesn't even feel like work, and you are left plenty of free time! Living in Porto for a month was so amazing!! Would highly recommend to anyone 💓
