Volunteering in the hostel was such a great experience. Both the host and the other volunteers received me very kind and friendly. The most valuable thing I get from this experience is getting to know all the people I met. Being on the morning shift on breakfast allowed me to meet lovely people and make many friends all over the world. Thanks you so much for this wonderful experience. I highly recommend you to be a volunteer here. :)

I volunteered at the hostel for 1 month. It has great volunteer accommodation (bunk beds, very large room, cleaned, mirror with power sockets, many locked box cupboards and with a large desk). There is also a private bathroom with a shower too for volunteers. The staff have always been kind and helpful especially the recptionists xx the work is fair and organised. The hostal is very professional and has spaces for accommodating that. The boss (Loreen) is always a text away and replies very quickly to any situation with resolve. I would most definitely volunteer here again in a heartbeat! 🩷

The hostel has a lot of strengths and I couldn't tell all of them here! The hostel is huge and with complete facilities: a rooftop, co-working, a common area, a private staff bathroom, and a great room for volunteers. The staff is lovely helpful and fun! In special Domi, Tame, Tiare, Gustavo and Vanessa I love you guys! The localization of the hostel is really privileged, being central, near to everything and having a park at the door. The relationship with the host doesn't fall behind, Loreen communicates clearly and demands fair tasks for volunteers. Thanks for the opp! 100% recommended

Foi a experiência mais linda que tive. Me conectei com pessoas de varias partes do mundo. As atividades é muito bem acordada desde o início, é tudo bem simples. A anfitriã Lore é um amor de pessoa, vou ser grato a ela pela experiência e por sua gentileza pelo resto da vida. Sem dúvidas eu quero voltar novamente um dia, nem que seja Como hóspede. Indico 100%

Tivemos uma experiência incrível durante nosso intercâmbio voluntário em casal. Loreen e Alex são pessoas fantásticas, sempre prontas para nos ajudar e nos acolheram de uma maneira excepcional sentimos como se estivéssemos entre amigos de longa data. A equipe inteira do the hostel nos recebeu de braços abertos. Gostaríamos de destacar especialmente a Vane e Domi, que nos guiaram nas atividades diárias e nos ajudaram a nos adaptar. Obrigado a todos por nos receberem de braços abertos e por tornar nosso intercâmbio uma experiência incrível. - Bruno/Débora ❤️

A Loreen e Alex são pessoas INCRÍVEIS, sempre dispostos a ouvir e ajudar você no que for necessário. Outras pessoas também como o Tamrat, Gus e Vane SÃO PESSOAS MARAVILHOSAS, muitas risadas e festas juntos! *O negativo que não gostei foi que a responsável pela lavanderia faltou com respeito a minha pessoa ao dizer uma coisa que nenhuma outra pessoa gostaria de ouvir, porém não chegou nem a perguntar para mim antes, somente só falou comigo depois porque enviei mensagem no grupo, isso me deixou mt triste! Fora isso que aconteceu recomendo muito voluntariar no hostel, você vai amar!!

It was a really nice experience. This Hostel has a great staff of people that make it a comfortable place to stay. The common areas are big and good co-work spaces. I learned a lot about cuisine with the chef and Im thankful I could increase my knowledge in food. I loved the location because is in the heart of Santiago and everything is on hand. I recommend you going to Museo de Bellas Artes, to Cerro San Cristobal for sunset and a coffee in Barrio Lastarria which is a neighborhood full of coffeeshops, bakeries and restaurants. Boa experiência, os funcionários são bem receptivos tivemos uma boa troca, Loreen e Alex são de boa. O trabalho no bar do hostel é bem tranquilo, único coisa que causa um pouco de incômodo é o chef da cozinha, que fica procurando defeitos no seu trabalhar para criticar, tem uma preocupação exagerada para que cobremos gorjetas dos hóspedes (chega a ser muito inconveniente). Para quem quer conhecer Santiago e trabalha home office o lugar é perfeito.

Foi demais estar no hostel e trabalhar com eles! A localização é muito boa e considerada segura se comparamos com outras partes de Santiago. Loreen é muito acolhedora, acessível e cuidadosa com todos os voluntários e as tarefas. Tudo que foi acordado foi cumprido perfeitamente. Passei meus dias em Santiago aproveitando muito com os voluntários do hostel. O trabalho e as tarefas são tranquilas exatamente como na descrição.

It was such a nice place to stay and volunteer at! I enjoyed working as a Bartender and doing the evening activities. The other volunteer from the bar explained everything to me, which was really helpful! Working on the rooftop was nice because I chatted with lots of people & made friends but also learned to work at a bar. Some people only speak spanish so basic knowledge is definitely helpful, but also i felt like I improved a lot. The staff & volunteers are all very nice and some became really close friends. The room is big and has a private bathroom ! Muchas gracias por todo :)
