Fue difícil entenderse con Enrique, tiene un método estricto de trabajo y no da mucha libertad a otras opciones. No fue claro con las instrucciones, asume que por sentido común uno haga ciertas tareas que no mencionó, también emitió comentarios que no motivaron nuestra labor e hizo sentir que el trabajo era deficiente. Yo hice limpieza y las tareas son muchas para el horario, en ocasiones dediqué tiempo fuera del horario para terminarlas. Sería bueno incluir un descanso y tener un parámetro de cuánto le lleva a un voluntario promedio hacer la tarea. Se habló con él y la comunicación mejoró

Aquí viví mi primer voluntariado, yo feliz y agradecido por la oportunidad de tener esta experiencia. Enrique fue muy flexible con las horas, muy atento y amable haciéndome saber dónde se encontraba cada área, así como de cuales serían mis labores a lo largo de mi estadía. el hostel un lugar tranquilo con muy buena ubicación, está a unos pasos de los arcos así como del centro donde puedes conocer sus museos, arquitectura, comida, explorar y pasar buenos momentos. Tener un par de amistades ahí me ayudo a pasarla muy bien y conocer de esta bella ciudad. En fin una buena experiencia :)

Excellent place! Enrique is a really nice person. Kind and helps you in everything. The places is more for local workers than other travelers but you meet a couple of them. The location is greaaaat! Wifi great. It also has a couple of tvs with Netflix!

First of all, the host did have his doubts about me being deaf in terms of communicating but I convinced him to give me a chance and I am very grateful for that. We communicated using WhatsApp texts. The host is very good with his English. I wish I could be close to being fluent in Spanish but learning along. As for my landscaping work and having his bar stool chairs, it went very well and the communication was smooth. Additionally, he provided all the accommodations for my lodging. I truly appreciated him giving me the very first volunteer opportunity as a traveler! Thank you, Enrique!
