Que ofreces?

20 horas de ayuda por semana

Actividades & Turnos

- Weekly Basis: Volunteers are scheduled for around 3 shifts per week.

Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting and checking in guests with a warm welcome.

- Assisting with email correspondence and guest inquiries.

- Completing necessary forms and paperwork accurately.

- Following task sheets to ensure smooth operations.

- Answering phone calls and providing helpful information.

- Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in the reception area.

- Conducting facility tours to showcase our amenities.

- Locking up securely at the end of the night.

Positive Attitude Required: A positive and friendly attitude is essential to fostering a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and fellow volunteers. Let's keep the vibes upbeat and enjoyable for everyone!

No Visitors After 11 PM: Out of respect for our guests' rest and relaxation, we kindly ask that no additional visitors be brought to the hostel after 11 PM.

Flexibility is Key: As volunteers, flexibility is essential to adapt to the dynamic needs of our hostel. We appreciate your willingness to assist wherever needed.
