Great experience, met some amazing and interesting people, the hostel is great vibes. Lexy is there to help if you reach out to her, but the other owner wasn't very professional. There were also a few activities that I didn't feel so comfortable with, like getting people to party and drink , when they were clearly already happy and enjoying themselves their own way, because the hostel is amazing with beautiful vibes.

I just want to clarify that we never want to pressure guests in to drinking or partying as we are very much a social hostel (not a party hostel) that focuses on genuine connection and experiences. All we ask is that our volunteers help promote activities (pool days, happy hour etc) by offering to deliver them a cold beer in the pool or sending some messages in our activity chat, as we put a lot of effort in to cultivating meaningful activities and experiences for guests!

My time here was unforgettable, thanks to the amazing managers, owners, and local staff. The island is stunning, with plenty to do, and it felt like a home away from home. However, communication between management and volunteers was a significant challenge. Expectations often shifted without notice, and during my final week, poor communication led to confusion and frustration. Flexibility is essential, as shifts can change unexpectedly. Despite this, my first time in Southeast Asia was incredible, and I'd recommend the hostel to anyone open to adapting and ready for adventure!

This is disheartening to hear as we pride ourselves on providing the best experience possible. We encourage open communication and inform our volunteers of any changes as we go. Roles can be shifted, which was covered in our detailed interview and we provided training and support for.

I have spent over three months with the hostel is has been the most amazing volunteer experience! This was my second time coming back and it remains a home away from home. A true paradise on a beautiful island. The work was fun and gave a chance to connect with locals and fellow travellers. As the yoga teacher I was responsible for breakfast shift and teaching yoga classes six days a week. All hours were agreed upon and Lexy the manager was extremely caring and loving towards all volunteers during my time here. The place, people and memories made here will stay in my heart forever.

Volunteering in the hostel has been an amazing experience! I ended up staying for almost 6 weeks and enjoyed every second of it! I loved working in this hostel as the job itself was very simple and a great opportunity to meet other travelers. In my freetime I would enjoy the little island life and the beach just out front. I made life long friendship amongst the staff and other volunteers and I can't wait to be back very soon! Communication with the managers was great and my opinion and feedback was appreciated a lot. I really enjoyed the hostels efforts towards sustainability aswell!

Holy… how to describe this amazing place. My new home, and family! I had the most incredible 6 weeks here - I helped with the breakfast in the morning, taught one hour of yoga and then I had the whole day of to live the island life. Even though , to be honest I used most of that time with the amazing team, at the hostel. Can not describe how much I am gonna miss the hostel family… everything is well organized, the mangers are easy to talk to, and down to earth. the hostel T is an amazing island, with plenty of amazing spots to see, parties, and the most amazing blue ocean. 10/10 experience!!!

Wow wow wow, words can't describe my amazing time here. I spent 6 weeks with the best the hostel family, better than I ever expected it to be. the hostel T is an incredible island with a lot of fun, great people and the most beautiful water. The staff here is beyond wonderful and welcoming, made me feel home immediately - and the whole team was working well together. The tasks are understandable and you can always text the manager if you have any questions - which was really nice to know! If you consider volunteering here, do yourself a favor and send an application right now, you won't regret it.

I've really enjoyed my time at the hostel. Everyone working at the hostel was very welcoming. The guests staying at the hostel are very chill. The facilities at the hostel are incredible, from bed to food and beach are easy to access. Workload for volunteers are very well organised and allocated. I really recommend this opportunity to everyone.

The hostel all of its staff are absolutely wonderful! I am especially grateful to Lexy for how supportive, kind, and committed she is to everyone. I was only able to stay at the hostel for a short time due to unforeseen circumstances, but I cannot say enough positive things! I hope to be back one day :)

The time I spent at the hostel will go down as one of the most special and important times of my life. I ended up staying for 2 months and still cried when I left. Not only did I have the best time being a "social butterfly" but I've made lifelong friends with the staff, the other volunteers and the guests throughout my time here. The facility is an incredible place to call home, 2 steps from the beach, delicious food and activities. Work to play ratio is perfect. I highly recommend this as a volunteer experience! I'm already counting down the days until I can go back!
