I loved it at Keiraleigh the hostel! This was my first experience with worldpackers and I am very happy I chose this place. I felt welcome from the first day on and got treated like a part of the family. Also I met lots of new friends from all over the world. I'd love to go back! Had a lovely time at the hostel. Made plenty of new friends amongst the other Lodgers. I recommend the hostel to people starting their journey. I will definitely be visiting again.

I absolutely loved my time here. I stayed about a month and it was the first place I ever did a work exchange for room and board and it was by far a great place for a first time experience! They are the sweetest people ever, and I met so many amazing travelers while living there. Definitely going to be visiting again soon!

I was a very nice experience at the hostel. The hosts were chill and open and the work wasnt hard at all. It was really good for connecting with travelers as well as with locals. I had a great time and will go back there again.

I felt very comfortable and everyone was very nice. The hostel is very connected to nature which has a great feeling and the location is excellent. However, cockroaches were everywhere which made me decide to leave. Guests were used to it and didn't care at all but personally I don't like to cook next to insects. All in all, I do recommend this hostel.

The hostelwas an awesome experience, a place with a good energy, lovely dogs, nice people to work with and enjoy, clean and cozy structure. And Karrie and Carl are a lovely hosts!! I loved, thank you guys.

My time at the hostelwas absolutely incredible, I cant recommend it enough. I loved working for a family run business, and Kerrie and Karl make you feel so welcome in their beautiful home. They are extremely fair understanding of their workers dual role as a worker and a tourist, and are thus very fair with the work/play balance of the hostel. If you're looking for a chill experience, wanting to live near the beach, and longing for a hostel that feels like home, then I can't recommend this place enough!

Family run hostel, laid back, very minimal hours, easy work. It's pretty basic, 2-3 hrs for free stay. You dont get much else, but can socialize with guests. My personal experience was good, the vibe of the place depends on the sort of people staying at any given time as with any hostel. That said, the atmosphere was a bit different since there were quite a few older people living there long term, not for accomodation but to live. Management could be better, wired hierachcy, bit of poor communication between helpers and homeowners. They need a better system for work that needs done each day.

The hostelit's a paradise in the city center of Wollongong. It was my first woldpackers experience and It has been amazing! Carl, Kerrie and Nathan were always kind and helpful looking for the wellness and safety of their guests. This hostel has a familiar atmosphere, the work is easy to do and well organized, Cathy is the best. The city has a lot to offer, it's very well situated with good public transport, you won't get bored if you have the energy to explore Thank you so much for the experience and your caring. I completely recommend it!

It was my first time volunteering in a hostel and I definitively could not choose a better one. I left wanting to return the next day. Since I arrived they made it clear that it is not only about the work and treating the guests well, it is a family, it is about respect, listening and having a good time. Everything in the hostel is magical. I will not give details so that you can experience it for yourself. The work is not hard and they explain or help you with everything. The family and he staff are a great team. They are absolutely the best! GRACIAS Kerrie, Karl and Nathan :)
