I had a great time at the eco village! It was great to be out immersed in nature and there was just the right ratio of working. I would definitely come back again it was like entering a whole different world and I would recommend anyone to do it

Perfect get-away in the jungle, with helping to grow and maintain the farm. Planting different kinds of plants & nuts, and nurturing planted crops, feeding the animals, constructing new places, entertaining guests, etc... Very chill environment, the work almost doesn't feel like a job anymore. Ideal if you want to get back to basics and get to know some real local habits!

I wasn't able to make it to the volunteer opportunity because of a mix up with the dates but the host seemed nice and understanding about the situation. I would try to volunteer there in the future.

I was only able to stay a week but if you go to the eco village I'm sure you'll have a great experiences seeing the surrounding natural beauty, learning about plants, animals, palapa construction and more. Victor is super chill and its a beautiful farm to work at. Worth the bus ride to the middle the eco village jungle :)

I had such a wonderful time at the eco village with Victor and his neighbors! I learned so much and also had a blast. The place is beautiful and the entire experience left me feeling more connected to nature. Definitely check this place out if you can!!

I got a very well experience at: la the eco village, Victor is a great host with a very nice project and lot of skills in many différents subjects ( architecture, building farming, cooking ...) It's a nice place to learn more about eco building, and about the mayans plants and culture.

My friend Izzy and I had the most incredible time with Victor and Lexie. They were great hosts and taught us many new skills. The food was delicious and we miss all their beautiful animals. We highly recommend the eco village and hope to visit again in the future. Thank you !

If you are in México you have to visit the eco village!! Victor and Lexi are suuuuper great! We had a fantastic time there learning a lot about Mayan culture, farming, animals and the eco village! Super comfortable stay, super nice food, fun work and great evenings :) gonna miss you guys!
