Ovick and his family are absolutely wonderful, and I felt like a part of the family! The teachers at efun are so lovely. Ovick to us volunteers to do several things in the area, and recommended other things to do as well. The students and lessons are fun and creative, and sometimes we participated in day trips with fun activities. I would define you recommend this volunteering!

My stay at Efun was absolutely amazing and I cannot put into words how thankful I am for this experience. Ovick and his wonderful family welcomed me with open arms and did everything to make me feel at home. On top of that, the teachers and staff at Efun are incredibly kind and always have a smile on their face! The classes are very easy and fun as they mostly just consist of conversations with the students which do not feel like work at all, I wouldn't have minded more classes! I definitely encourage everyone who likes kids to come to Klaten the school this on themselves!!

This experience was truly amazing! Ovick and his team work very passionately for their community and the school. The children enjoy their time at the school and look up to their teachers. I had a great time in Klaten with Ovick's family as well - his wife and daughters were so much fun to be around. They also spent a lot of time with me and took me around to explore :) I had a lot of fun the school, the teachers are amazing!! Can't wait to recommend this to others and come back again :)

I can definitely recommend to volunteer at E fun. Ovick and his family are so lovely. The teachers at the school are amazing and welcoming. It was such a great time and perfect to get in contact with local people. You also have much free time to explore Klaten and for some activities. Thank you for this incredible experience :)

Working at efun was incredible! The other teachers were so welcoming and friendly. Ovick and his family are the sweetest and really make you feel at home with them. The work schedule is very manageable and leaves plenty of time for exploring the area if you want. Ovick has lots of recommendations and included me in whatever community events or activities his family was going to. The meals are generally just basic Indonesian food made by the grandma :) This was my first time the school was very easy as I was there to assist the teachers not to teach a class myself!

I was happy everyday in Klaten. There are not many classes in a day and classes are held with Indonesian teachers, so it is not difficult. The teachers and the host's family are kind and I was able to participate in many local events. Ovick's family makes me feel that I am their family. I am sure it would be better if you liked children. I hope efun runs well :)

I had an amazing time there. Ovick and the family are amazing, they treated me in the best way, making me feel part of the family since the beginning. The kids at school are great, they're really happy to learn and the classes are not that tough for them. I loved going to school to help them out The city is really nice, Ovick has great suggestions and helps a lot with everything. I'll bring this experience with me for the rest of my life that's for sure!

I really enjoyed my time with E-Fun in Klaten! It was an amazing experience that let me see the real the school, meet locals, learn about the country, and make a social impact. The nature is stunning, with natural springs, mountains, and historical sites to explore. Klaten is very affordable, with lunch costing as little as $2. The kids are wonderful and eager to learn, and the locals are friendly and curious about you. Note that the area is very religious, so i.e. wearing shorts wasn't comfortable for me. Also, the room was very hot, and I had trouble sleeping sometimes.

This has been one of the most awe-inspiring experiences of my life! I've felt part of the family since first day. Ovick, Engaar and their kids are exceptional. They have treated me so well I'm already missing them! Kids at school were keen to learn the school they were exciting to talk to me. The teachers at school creates a great dynamic and playful environment. The classes were short so I wouldn't mind to spend more time with them. You can also visit some natural springs, temples and do water sports. Klaten it's a great place to meet local people and feel what is truly like the school.
