Excelente voluntariado! Cumplieron con todo lo acordado respecto a los horarios y las tareas a realizar. Un excelente equipo de trabajo que te hace sentir como en casa, Stefan es muy buena onda como así también mis compañeros Eber, Gama, Trini y Brandon. El hostel está muy bien ubicado. Tengo la suerte de que me hayan extendido mi estadía porque no quiero irme! GRACIAS el hostel!

Excelente voluntariado! Stephan es súper buena onda y los demás componentes del hostel también. Hay eventos muy divertidos en la terraza y se puede conocer todo lo cercano a Playa del Carmen con los 3 días libres que nos dan!

Muy buena experiencia, el staff muy amable, me apoyo en todo., me sentí como en casa, pues desde el primer momento me tendieron la mano. Lo recomiendo a todos los viajeros que quieran apoyar, aprender y disfrutar de Playa del Carmen. Gracias por todo y no dudo en regresar en un futuro. saludos!

My experience at the hostel was good! all the staff were really nice and friendly. the hours were good and the hostel is really close to the beach. the bad thing was that the hostel doesn't have any activities and not many young people, but in general i had a great time there!

Excellent experience with all the staff, theyt are very friendly and the hostel is located in a very privileged area, very close to shopping centers, the tourist area and is also a few meters from the beach.

My time at the hostel was great. The people were all really nice and we did a lot of things with the other volunteers. The cleaning work could be heavy sometimes as it is really warm in Playa del carmen, but it was all really easy to do and afterwards we always went to the beach to cool off. They were really understanding when I wanted to leave a few days earlier due to personal reasons. Would definitely recommend to people!

All in all we had a really great time in the hostel, the hostel family welcomed us and we met really nice people and friends for the future. The work was the cleaning of the hostel and accommodating the beds and rooms, which was combined with the sun and the heat a little tough, but even though the hours were fully respected. I was there 2 years ago already and all I can say is that the hostel always stays a place to meet lovely people to enjoy the beach or the nightlife in playa. Wen recommend it 💯 percent! They were super helpful and friendly even though i asked to them about how to perform tasks, etc a lot. I could see them trying to be close to me and very welcoming. I don't speak Spanish, but i could learn a little of Spanish here. The rooftop is super beautiful and well organized. I enjoyed it a lot! Also i have met many people from all over the world, i could get improved English as well. When i took day off, it was able to go to other city for few days trip which was really nice for travelers. Thanks for giving me a chance to volunteer although i have not done it before!:) Bless you!

Stephan was awesome and super understanding. If things come up for you problems or needs communicate with him and he will help you find a solution. The cleaning position is not for the faint of heart and it is tiring work, the person who is in charge of the cleaning is very particular and does not have a lot of patience if you don't speak fluent spanish and is very particular about odd things that might be confusing if you don't fully understand spanish. Overall I am grateful for this though because it did really make me learn quickly. The staff is like a family and that I really loved :)
