Samadhi Lodge fue mi esperada primera experiencia de voluntariado. No tengo palabras de lo que significo conocer a Claudia y su rinconcito mágico en Sayalonga. Las tareas que hay que hacer son muy fáciles de realizar, aún así aprendes día a día y disfrutas de las montañas y la energía que el lugar tiene. Conservo esta experiencia como un tesoro en mi corazón por conocer a Claudia y compartir experiencias que me inspiraron a seguir en este camino bonito. Lo recomiendo, y si aún no hiciste un voluntariado, es el lugar perfecto. <3

Wow me enamoré de su belleza natural!. Claudia y su hija y su gato son seres humanos excepcionales!Ha sido mi primera experiencia como voluntaria y la verdad que me he sentido como en casa! Claudia es una fantástica maestra de yoga y exquisita en la alimentación, completamente consciente y saludable. Todo natural y ecológico! Su casa está en el paraíso!! Rodeada de exuberante naturaleza y la playa a pocos km. Muchas gracias por estos alucinantes días compartidos, os quiero mucho!! Muchas gracias a vosotros worldpackers por ser tan geniales!

Increíble.Difícil de describir con palabras.El lugar es increíble, un paraíso. Tal cual lo pueden ver en las fotos,la casa es muy cómoda. Y Claudia una gran persona!El ambiente del lugar es perfecto,es armonioso. El trabajo esta repartido durante el día,dependiendo de que tareas haya, se realizan a medida que Claudia lo indica,muy organizado y sin apuros ni prisas. Fue un placer ser parte,he conocido personas magnificas y sin dudas,fue una semana que no olvidare. Claudia se ocupa de que seas parte de todo lo que sucede en el hospedaje,clases, excursiones, y es muy atenta ♥GRACIAS!

I arrived Monday night. I worked Tuesday-Thursday that week, Monday - Thursday the next, & Monday - Saturday the next. Then, for 9 days, while Claudia was away, I did laundry & cared for her two cats. I started work at 8 AM most days and cooked until 10 - 10:30. I would then sometimes have smaller duties (less than an hour), sometimes have the rest of the day off. One or two days a week I would cook dinner, which added 3-4 hours. The work probably averaged out to 4 hours per day. My only advice: Sayalonga is beautiful, but isolated. Don't expect easy access to transportation & other cities.

What can I say, this place has had such a big and beautiful impact on me! As soon as I arrived I was Welcomed by Claudia and Neeltje with open arms and instantly had a great time with them! I don't think I could have had Hosts any better than these two lovely souls, they made my experience here so wonderful and I have definitely taken a part of them home with me mentally! This was my first experience on World Packers, which I am so unbelievably grateful for as I don't think I could have started my journey anywhere better. This place and Sayalonga will always have a spot in my heart 💚

Lauryn is an absolute delight ! Punctual, eager to help with everything and an incredible cook !! She amazed us with her knowledge, creativity and maturity for her young age. Also she is very easygoing, always smiling and fun, good with the guests and overall it was an absolute pleasure to spend this month with her. Will miss you here !!

I really can't articulate just how incredible of an experience working at Samadhi Lodge with Claudia was. It surpassed any dream I could have of pure bliss. Waking up each day to the most beautiful view, nourishing my body with healthy, DELICIOUS food, and surrounding myself with positive people every single day. Claudia was not just someone I worked for, she became a close friend and a woman that I admire. I know for a fact that I will be back so soon to visit this slice of heaven. I learned so much about food, life, and LOVE! Best experience of my life that I am so grateful for.

This was my first experience with the Worldpackers and it was simply amazing. The house have this amazing view of mountains and it is the perfect place for who likes to relax and have a quiet time. Also I had the chance to meet a lot of interesting people from all Europe that stayed as guests in Claudia's place. I really loved my first experience and would love to go back someday to the beautiful Sayalonga. Anyone who needs more info and details about my experience can feel free to contact me. 😉

The best experience in my whole life! I couldn't ask for more☀️ Claudia is amazing person with a big heart and tons of positive energy. I've learnt a lot from her about cooking yoga and positive mind. We became super good friends and we are still in touch :) Samadhi Lodge is a magical place where you can find your inner peace and feel extremely happy.
