I had a great time volunteering at the host language the host in Casablanca. The work is actually fun and all the students you'll meet are really interesting and interested in you, so the work felt very satisfying to me. My personal highlight were the organized trips, especially the trip to the desert was a highlight that I won't forget. The accommodation isn't perfect, but fully acceptable and in some parts also something the volunteers need to work on as they're living there. All in all I had a great time volunteering in Casablanca and would definitley recommend this to everyone!!

Normally we shouldn’t pay Khadija, the cleaning lady to clean ,to wash and to cook for volunteers.Volunteers have to clean things they make dirty and have to fix things they break but we pay the lady to do all these things until we find very clean and responsible volunteers who will understand that their places and the kitchen and the bathroom shouldn’t be cleaned by a lady as old as their mothers

Aslo teachers and students were really helpful and friendly, they are aways ready to be help when needed. for the work is manengeble basically that you just need to talk to student with daily topics conversation to help them get more use to speak english and some of are really interesting to know them perspective! Thanks Harim for been organized and can't wait to come back again! 💓

It's a wonderful and meaningful experience to work with Harim, other teachers and volunteers in El Jadida. It is great to give the local students opportunity to learn the world with people coming from different countries. I live their passion, energy and positive vibe. I actually learn a lot from the students about local culture and some French as well. I also joined the group tour to Chefchaouen and Tangier and met many volunteers from other centers. It is rewarding I highly recommend it.

This was my first experience with WorldPackers and it was great! Harim, the host, is very nice and the experience was very nice. I got to meet many locals and immerse myself in the culture. All the volunteers were very cool and the environment was very fun. I had fun, I met people and I learnt! I would completely recommend it.

The accomodation in Berrechid is a basement under the School with only a shower for all the volunteers (hot water wasn't always available) and 1/3 toilets was slughtly flooded + communication with Harim wasn't clear. But all these problems went on background because this experience gave me the possibility to get to know beautiful people (students, teachers and volunteers) who made it AMAZING. Work hours were respected, plenty of free time to travel (alone or with school's organized trips) and 3 delicious moroccan lunches per week cooked by the amazing Fatima. Would definitely come back❤️🥹

This was a great opportunity to have interesting conversations with local people- adults and children with differing levels of English. The working hours were very reasonable. However for me the quality of the accommodation was not suitable- like a heavily neglected student halls. And the organisation on arrival was not appropriate- the majority of volunteers had difficulty getting location details on arrival, or arrived off the plane and put straight into work without a moment to settle. Possibly more suitable for younger travellers or those who don't mind a bit of grime/disorganisation.

The school itself was amazing, the teachers where really nice, for most of the week just 1 hour of talking with the students which was really fun and getting to know them the more time passes. I really enjoyed it! Also being with lots of other volunteers and made many new friends . Me and others had a less good experience with Harim, his lack of communication was very confusing. We were never really sure for how long we could stay or if we had to leave our accommodation. He really had mood swings. Also isn't too fond of Moroccans called them lazy cheaters. For the rest great experience!

When they tell you that a volunteer hasn’t helped at the school for a week because she might be sick and you go to see her but you find that she had already travelled 250 kilomètres to Marrakech ,of course when she returns to pretend being sick you will not believe her

Staying at the school it's the perfect opportunity to meet lots of travelers, and the trips organized by Harim are all you need to see the beauty of Morocco in a fun and cheap way. The work at the school it's not hard at all and talking to the students it's a great way to get to know their culture. The accommodation it's not perfect, but with a little bit of adaptability it will be completely fine. After spending a month here, I can't recommend this experience more!

I LOVE IT! I have so much fun sharing with the students and other volunteers that I'll happily be back here as a volunteer! :D. You work from Wednesday to Friday for only 1 hour. Saturday you work from 11 am to 1 pm and from 2:30 pm to 5 pm. Sunday from 10:30 to 1 pm. So, your day off starts Sunday after classes until Wednesday when you return to the School. During these days we used to go on Tours to the Sahara Desert, Fez, and Chefchaoun city. The cost of each trip it's around €100 including accommodation and some meals. Consider this in your budget. You have lunch from thursday to Saturday.
