I had an amazing time here. Communication with the bosses was on point, all of them were really lovely people. Atmosphere at the hotel was better than at home! You'll meet amazing people and have a good time. Work is not difficult and I think it's a great place for your first volunteering experience:)

My stay at the hostel was wonderful. Giulio, Manuel and Paul are respectful, patient and teach you your tasks with respect and care. All volunteers were collaborative and always helped me when I had doubts. the hostel is old and has rooms with high walls and furniture with a lot of charm, the hostel also has an excellent heating mechanism which makes the compartments very comfortable. If you're lucky, you'll meet the hostel's old regulars, always ready to tell you about their life stories and their travel stories. I was happy the month I spent in the hostel

The hostel is a wonderful place, had a great time there and learned so much about the hostel life. The job is not hard and I always got help when needed, Chiara and Abdel are amazing, I can call them friends and I'm gonna miss them. Genova is a big city and Liguria is gorgeous there are so many places to go and things to do.

Small, friendly hostel located in Genova's old town. Both staff and volunteers were really nice and welcoming. There was never any problem with communication and if you need extra help someone was always there to provide that. This was my first volunteer experience and would recommend it to anyone who wished to try.

The experience at the hostel was really amazing. It is right in the middle of the historical center, which is so beautiful, the hostel itself is comfortable and cozy, the job is simple and we are well trained for it before we start. The owners are great people, we felt super welcome the whole time. They are communicative, fun, and they are there for you if you need them. Giulio, Manuel and Paul, thank you so much for everything. My experience at the hostel was great! The guys are awesome, it is a great team to work with! They are super kind and comprehensive, always available to help with everything I needed. Task are simple and accurate to what they described before my arrival. The hostel is super nice and clean with a really cozy and warm enviroment. I learned new things and developed some skills, was able to practice my italian also. The greatest thing that I carry with me is the friends I made in there. Thank you the hostel's team for this unforgetable opportunity! Hugs for everybody!!

Since I arrived to the hostel I felt I was home, the guys were very kind and clear with the tasks and that I had to do in my shifts, the hostel is very clean and organized, my experience has been one of the bests that I've ever had, the location of the hostel is amazing because you have everything close and you don't have to take public transportation to arrive to the turistic places, you can achieve them walking. Genova has a lot to offer regarding food, beautiful places beside the see and interesting activities on weekends, totally recommended!
