My time at the hostel was unforgettable and definitely my favorite part during my travels! The work was very easy and fun to do with all the volunteers. There are many hidden beaches around and lots of fresh fruit to eat! Aldo, Sasa, and Maria were amazing hosts and I can't wait to come back and visit!! We had our own little family in Bar tucked away in the bushes, and I wouldn't have wanted it any other way. Endless amounts of bonfires and games with a great group of people. Thank you guys :)

I had an incredible volunteer experience at the hostel. The name truly says it all, as this place exudes a special magic that is hard to put into words. From the moment I arrived, I felt like a part of the hostel family. Sassa, Maria, and Aldo welcomed me with open arms, making sure I felt right at home. The hosel itself, though not modern, is enchanting in its own way. It's surrounded by fresh fruit trees, but what made it so unique is the bond that formed between volunteers & guests. I highly recommend this unique opportunity. “the hostel” truly encapsulates the spirit of the place.

My time at the hostel was truly incredible. I found a family away from home! Work hours were respected and daily tasks were simple and easy, we all worked together as a team as well which made the place feel like home. Management was so kind and respectful, make sure you do your part and contribute to the team and you will have the best time. Loved all of the beach days, bonfires, and family dinners :)

My time volunteering at the hostel was amazing. Everyone at the hostel was so welcoming when I arrived and the atmosphere was always great, It's very much like a little family. Aldo was also super helpful with anything we needed. He always made sure everyone was okay and was enjoying their time at the hostel. I met so many amazing people from around the world and all were so kind, it was definitely bitter sweet leaving.

Had an amazing time at the hostel! Aldo and Sasa are incredible people and were always so nice to everyone. The space is nice and everyone makes you feel so comfortable. When it's too hot you have to prepare yourself against the mosquitos. :)

Staying at the hostel was amazing. The vibes there are unmatched and the people who stay are always very sociable and friendly. Both the manager and owner are loverly people and are always there to help when needed!

I felt so welcomed at the hostel from my first day. Sasa and Aldo are lovely hosts and really helped me feel part of the family. The work itself is pretty easy, mainly keeping the kitchen and bathrooms clean, tidying and stripping dorm rooms, and checking guests in and out. The hostel has a very outdoorsy camping vibe so if you're into that it will be perfect! The hammocks were great to chill and read a book. The beaches around are also beautiful and perfect as sunset spots. A downside would be there are A LOT of mosquitoes in the area so just be prepared for that!

The hostel was a really good experience for me. Although the hostel system is a bit outdated, the work is manageable and people in this place make up for this completely. Bonfire nights in the hostel yard, sunset swims in secret beaches and lake days on a boat with friends I met there will stay with me forever. Thank you all for everything and see you soon!!;)

Being my first volunteering opportunity i wasnt sure what to expect, but the hosts and other volunteers at the hostel made sure i felt welcomed. The general housekeeping tasks and work involved was very achieveable and chill. Working and living at this hostel has given me the opportunity to meet travelers from all over the world, learning more about the world and their country. Aldo and Aleksandar were incredible hosts and were always willing to assist with any problems and along with the other volunteers made this experience feel like a home away from home.
