I had a really great time there. I met so many nice people from different countries who were staying in the hostel. The work was truly fair, 3 hours and the tasks were easy to understand. I would definitely recommend this experience and im really glad i went there!!

I truly enjoyed my first Worldpackers experience 😊. Angel really wants you to have an amazing time in Santander - he always respects the fair working hours, he is flexible with who takes which shift and the tasks are easy to learn. I had a lot of time to explore the city, relax at the beach, socialize with hostel guests and improve my Spanish skills (particularly in the evening shifts with Andrea). Andrea and Angel also helped a lot with finding local places to visit. I also liked that we were two volunteers - We got along very well 😊. I am really grateful for the last 4 weeks. Thank you

I had a wonderful time at the hostel. Angel was a great host, always recommending things to do around Santander and helping the volunteers get accommodated to the hostel and the area. The hours were fair and the volunteer room is cozy. The hostel in general is super clean and comfortable, and really felt like home during the time I stayed. I had a great time meeting guests and exploring the surrounding area- Santander has a lot to offer! I would definitely recommend this hostel, it's a great experience where you'll learn a lot and meet many new people from all over.

My experience at the hostel was truly amazing. The hours of work were always respected so that we had the rest of the day to explore the city and the beaches. Angel is a great host with a great energy and big heart and he really brought a cool energy to the place.

This was my first worldpackers experience and I could not have asked for more. I spend my days exploring Santander (and surfing in Somo:)), learning Spanish, meeting kind people and enjoying local food/drinks. Within these six weeks I truly feel like I've become part of the SCH-family. Thank you Angel and Andrea for all of the wonderful conversations, your insights and tipps for Santander and always being there, if needed. See you next time!

I had a great time in Santander! Angel is welcoming and does a lot for you to have a great experience. He's flexible about who takes which shift and therefore provides a lot of freedom, while always respecting the working hours (which are very chill already). The volunteer room is small and without windows-yes, but it provides privacy for the two volunteers in it, which is nice. I like that there are usually at least two volunteers at the same time so you have someone to explore the city with and can gain new friends ;) So overall i really enjoyed my trip! Thanks Angel, Andrea and Leo!

J'ai passé un super mois dans cette auberge ! Angel et l'équipe est très gentille et ouverte et fait tout pour vous mettre à l'aise. L'auberge est un vrai lieu de vie où l'on rencontre beaucoup de voyageurs du monde entier !! Je conseille si vous voulez faire des rencontres et créer des liens ! Les horaires sont respectées et il y a beaucoup de temps libre pour profiter de la ville ou des plages :) Merci beaucoup Angel pour ta gentillesse et ta bonne humeur :) ¡HASTA SIEMPRE!

It was great having Lea on board. She made part of the most amazing volunteer team evar at the SCH. Positive, caring and full of energy, Lea brought so many gifts to the house, to the other team members and; of course, to the gusts.... You leave fiends and a place to go back anytime you are in Santander. Thank you so so so much Lea !!!

Dearest Angel! Thank you for an amazing time in Santander, and for letting me help with your project. The hostel is cozy, and you meet a lot of nice people and participate in a good community. I had a good time with the other volunteers and Angel took so good care of us! The work is fair, easy to learn and you get good training to learn the different tasks. The city is pretty, the beach is awesome and the food and nightlife is very good. Angel helps me developing in confidence and he is a person you never forget! I'm so great full for my time there, thank you Angel!🐣

I spent an awesome six weeks at the hostel! When I arrived, Angel was very welcoming and gave me time to settle down and get acclimated with the hostel and everything! The work I had to do varied from time to time; either doing the beds in the morning or folding the sheets or working the evening shift at the reception (which I truly enjoyed). Angel also really encouraged me to be more independent during my shift :) In addition to that I had the chance to socialize with the guests! The experience helped me a lot to improve myself in many different ways, I am very grateful :)
