Faro é uma linda cidade. Se gostas de mar, terás aos teus pés a guest house com a sua bonita Marina. Todos os espaços ligados a este voluntariado ficam próximos uns dos outros e o comércio e o mar ficam a meia dúzia de metros de distância dos mesmos. Quanto Ao Nuno, o nosso anfitrião, ele é uma cara acessivel, boa pinta, tranquilo, atento, enfim, até agora não só não tenho nada a apontar como estendi meu voluntariado para uma data ainda incerta.

Brígido, já não consigo fazer review de classificação, mas aqui ficam as 5 Estrelas e recomendo para qualquer anfitrião. Sempre bem disposto e disposto a ajudar no que seja necessário, obrigado as portas estarão sempre abertas amigo.

Nuno é um anfitrião de bom coração, gentil, me abriu as portas de coração aberto, por ter sido meu primeiro voluntariado, aprendi várias coisas, não só com ele mas também com várias outras pessoas, a imersão cultural de Faro em si já é bem atrativo e encantador, amei cada dia que passei sendo voluntária do Nuno, agradeço de coração por tudo ❤️ espero poder voltar mais vezes se Deus quiser 🥰✨🙏

We had a great time! Faro is beautiful, and we met so many incredible people. The lunches were fun because you could interact with people volunteering at other hostels. Also, the scheduling is a bit unorganized and communication was lacking at times, which was a little stressful. The work itself and the hours were reasonable though and what we expected. Overall, we had a great experience and the other volunteers were amazing!! P.S. We expected the beach to be within walking distance, but it is a ferry ride away. Still possible to go often though.

It was a nice and fun experience for us, which in itself was really great. The people working there were open and welcoming, which helped us to integrate quickly. Nuno (the host) didn't quite stick to the things he told us before we arrived, which led to some misunderstandings, so there was kind of a lack of understanding. There was a problem with bed bugs in some rooms, especially for me. The host seemed unbothered and used to the problem. All in all we still had a very good time and made very good friendships.

Nuno (the host) didn’t quite stick to the things he told us before we arrived ???
1- I did stick to all the thinks we talked, you created problem with the rest off the staff not doing the tasks well that mean for the other staff to have to review everything.

2- Bring an extra friend and all you care about is going to party, inclusive having the police for the first time in one off the guesthouse to stop the noise that you girls where making because you where so drunk.

3- Bed bugs problems are solved and where solved, maybe iff the cleaning was better that problem would never exist.

4- its incredible you can 3 disrespectful little girls came to a place to help and force the schedule to be different because off there interesses to party.

I would definitely not recommend this 2 ( 3) to any host.

I was staying with my two friends at the guest house and we had a nice month there. The other volunteers were really caring, welcoming and we did a lot of fun things together. So the best thing about our time volunteering there was definitely meeting new people and gaining new friends. The work there itself was also ok, but you have to be prepared for things like getting the work Plan the night before or kind of being taken advantage of, concerning the work load. Another big thing are the bedbugs. The mattresses are very old and the problem of the bedbugs is not really taken care of.

Minha experiência na guest house foi tranquila. dentre as atividades propostas pelo anfitrião, contribuí com limpeza, pintura e recepção, nos três hostels que possui. as 4h são respeitadas e se conversar, até é possível trocar o dia da folga. o hostel é bem localizado, no centro de Faro, e os voluntários são a melhor parte do voluntariado. gratidão pela troca 🇧🇷🇵🇹

Voluntariar na guest house foi uma experiência boa. Com altos e baixos, porém boa. Nuno tem vários hostels, onde todos os 20 voluntários se dividem para fazer as tarefas. Você trabalha apenas por 4 horas. Com flexibilidade você consegue fazer várias coisas no tempo livre e nas folgas. A convivência com os outros voluntariados é ótima. Nuno é uma pessoa com bastante compromissos, nos encontravamos nos almoços ou quando passava pelo Hostel. Uma pessoa agigente, porém, com conversa se resolve tudo. Obrigado pela troca.

Nuno e toda a equipe da guest house foram excepcionais. Daniel e Renata me acolheram muito bem desde que cheguei, além de darem ótimas dicas sobre os pontos turísticos da cidade e dos mercados locais. As tarefas são muito bem divididas e a convivência foi a melhor possível. Fabio, Nick, Femke, Alexis (Bublé), Pri e Fran vocês também já são família e estão guardados no coração. Espero voltar e revê-los em breve!

Primeira experiência worldpackers, e não poderia ter sido melhor, o hostel muito estiloso, decoração agradável, trabalhos leves, opção de folgas com bastante tempo para conhecer a região e até outros países da Europa. A Guesthouse é bem ampla com uma boa comodidade, duas opções de cozinhas para utilizar, um terraço muito agradável. O anfitrião é uma pessoa legal, Daniel e Renata (seus colaboradores) são duas pessoas ímpares. Com a certeza de que dependendo se o dono me aceitar novamente, estarei por lá muitas vezes... Obrigado a todos pela atenção e carinho.

Pior experiência! Anfitrião precisa ser banido! Não tem nenhum funcionário contratado e coloca os voluntários para fazer tudo: limpeza, lavar, passar, recepção, contabilidade, além de incluir nas tarefas a limpeza de outros estabelecimentos que ele aluga por outras plataformas. O alojamento da equipe é um porão sem janela e cheio de entulhos e o anfitrião ordena manter tudo fechado. Acredito que não está de acordo com a proposta da plataforma. Está denunciado à plataforma, com fotos e prints de whastapp e espero que seja banido! Não precisamos de gente assim no mundo!

Acho que será o único review que vou escrever devido à pessoa que é ... agressiva, tentou me agredir fisicamente, teve de ser colocada na rua, nem vou responder ao que ela mencionou, os outros comentários respondem por mim. Esta senhora de 42 anos sem qualquer perfil de voluntária já foi expulsa da plataforma, após ter criado os mesmo problemas com outros anfitriões.
