As my first Worldpackers experience I feel absolutely fortunate to have been chosen to volunteer and spent time at the hostel. The location - Torre del Colle is tiny but charming and beautiful (the sunset from the church was my fave). I immediately felt welcomed by my co-volunteers, Duilio, Laura, and the rest - everyone were friendly, understanding and willing to help. There was a timetable allocated and the tasks were easy to learn and carry-out. Food as promised was provided and the accommodation was super comfy and homey. Thank you the hostel family!

One of the better experiences that I have as a WorldPackers Volunteer. The place is amazing, beautiful, and peaceful. The hostel is comfortable and the room is nice. Duilio is a nice person, flexible, and gave me a lot of autonomy. The work is good and not too hard. If you have some questions, don't think twice and ask me about it.

Questi giorni all'the hostel sono stati incredibili. Una esperienza meravigliosa, con persone buonissime e in un posto bellissimo. Ho imparato varie cose, mi sono divertita molto e ho visto paesaggi bellissimi nei borghi nell'intorno di Torre del Colle. Duilio, Erika e Nahuel sono uma famiglia molto bella e calorosa e è stato molto divertente conoscerli e sentire le loro storie. Sono molto contenta con questa esperienza.

Duilio me recebeu muito bem e deu-me uma ótima acomodação. Local com total infraestrutura para hóspedes e voluntários, paisagem de filme. Poderia ter sido “A Experiência” mas a situação do coronavírus pegou a todos de surpresa, houve cancelamentos e eu estive sozinha no local por duas semanas, o que foi frustrante. Findando o prazo de aplicação tive que me retirar e buscar uma outra acomodação. Foram dias tensos e de incertezas mas também de ver o quanto ainda existem pessoas com o coração do tamanho do mundo - gratidão ao time do WP e viajantes que me socorreram.

I couldn't have chosen a more fascinating place to volunteer in Italy! The region is incredibly beautiful and Torre del Colle has the most breathtaking views. My experience at the hostel was really nice. The hostel is new, everything's always clean and organized. It is a bit far from other cities but that wasn't a problem. Our accommodation was perfect, and the tasks were simple and well explained. Duilio and his family are great people, I definitely want to go back for a visit. Thanks for everything, guys!

My time at the hostel was absolutely great! The place itself is beautiful and clean. We get all the meals since we have pasta, rice, lentils, all vegetables, fruits and baking stuff available for us to cook, and we don't pay for it. Duilio and his family are the sweetest, and the tasks and hours are perfectly fine since it's low season now and we didn't have plenty of guests. It's a 11 people borgo so you will have a lot of serenity and time to read, walk to the cities nearby and to relax. I highly recommend it!

Nice and quiet place where u can connect yourself whit the nature and relax your mind, the job is quite simple, making the beds, cleaning common areas, check-in, check-outs. the near city is 3km from here you can get the bike and go there easy.

Torre del Colle is a beautiful place, suitable for people who want to be relaxed. The hostel is nice and comfortable, the work is not hard and there are usually 3 volunteers working there. But above all, if I had to recommend going there as a volunteer, it would certainly be for the human quality of the family that runs the hostel. Duilio, Erika and their son made me feel like I was at home. They are friendly, talkative, adventurous and good people

Minha experiência foi super positiva no hostel. O hostel é super bonito e confortável e Duilio é muito gente boa e tranquilo. O trabalho é dividido em 3 turnos: café da manhã, limpeza dos quartos e check-in no período da tarde basicamente. Todos fáceis de fazer já que o hostel não é muito grande. Não existe ônibus nos finais de semana, então é melhor chegar e ir embora durante a semana (a cidade mais próxima fica a 4km). Por ser um lugar isolado o ideal é alugar um carro por alguns dias para conseguir conhecer a região melhor. O Duilio empresta a bicicleta dele sem problemas.
