I am delighted the hostel bikes were my first Worldpackers experience. Effie, Soda, and Allan were very welcoming and helpful. This was my very first time leaving America so I was pretty nervous, to be in a foreign country (especially as a gay man) where there was a language barrier. Effie If you read this, thank you so much for this experience and everything you have done for me, I will carry these memories with me for many years to come. As for other Worldpackers, you won't be disappointed in this experience, bonus points if you know anything about pool or trains!

Staying at the hostel was sensational. I was able to learn a lot about the local culture and get in touch with travelers from all over the world. At the end of volunteering I was sure I had chosen the right place to share experiences. It is a family atmosphere that brings a lot of lightness and provides great stories. In addition, the other volunteers were an essential part of this journey. If you have the opportunity, come visit this place. Thank you Effie.

The hostel has a very familiar atmosphere and the people are very kind, it is a place where you can feel comfortable, in family and safe. It was my first volunteering with the platform and I think it couldn't be better, I'm very happy to have met so many amazing people from this experience and also to learn new things and taste new flavors, I highly recommend it.

Staying at the hostel has was exactly what I needed to start experiencing Thailand! 4 hours of working time means a lot of free time to explore the city and volunteering in a hostel allowed me to meet a lot of people and make some great traveling friends. Everyone here was just so welcoming and helpful! Effie truly knows everything and will help you find what you need, while teaching you about Thai people, food and great places to visit and things to do! I had a great time with everyone, from fellow volunteers to Pa Toi, Allan and the guests :)

My experience at this place was truly joyful .The host effie is super friendly and caring. The communication was really good. She explained everything I needed to do and answered all my questions.The job itself was pretty easy .Plus there were a lot of travelers to get to know and you meet locals easily.its never becomes boring.

Volunteering here was my first solo traveling experience and I couldn't have asked for a better time! Effie is an awesome host, she's super welcoming, made me feel very comfortable and was always willing to help me out whenever I had a question. Her family is super nice as well and her son is seriously the sweetest. My tasks were exactly as agreed, I did the reception work in the morning and looked after the son, which was always fun. The hostel in general is very cool, I met lots of other travelers and the location is great. Would 100% recommend volunteering here!

I helped out at the bar and I honstly loved working there, as Nancy and Dash are super cool and fun people and I learned a lot about barkeeping from Nancy who is also a fantastic cook. overall working there was a great experience and the hours are also flexible which is a pretty practical effie is really nice as well and whenever I had a Problem she would help out, which I was very thankful for and allan her son is the cutest :) The Hostel its self is really clean and has a good location in Bangkok I 100% would recommend staying here

It was an amazing experience. Take care of Allan, Effie's son remind me the time I used to work in a education business and he is so cute and a smart boy. Help in the hostel's reception helps me improve my English skills and be connected with the others travelers. Effie is really nice and kind with all of us.

The experience was amazing! I learned a lot with this job in the bar, because I have never worked in this environment before and the manager taught me many things and she had a lot of patience! I recommend this experience to everyone! I really love it!
