Super recommended !! the atmosphere is great, with the owners of the place and with the other volunteers. working hours are respected and days off as well, the facilities are nice and comfortable. They have dogs and you can be with them, take them out for a walk and ride a bike, it's very good if you like animals. fridus and roswitha are very friendly and make you feel at home!

It is a very good experience, I am happy to live this volunteering. The guests are good people and respect the conditions marked in their description. I have spent a good time here, with them, the volunteers, the animals they have and surrounded by nature. The work is not very hard physical work, and it is usually varied. If you are thinking of living this experience in Tolvsbo, for any questions I am happy to answer you.

Fridus and Roswhita are perfect hosts. You can discuss with them about everything and they are very flexible. The work is not so difficult and moreover, they explain us with great patience how we have to do it. They have 3 wonderful dogs and the place is very quiet and surrounded by nature. I really recommend this experience.

This was my first volunteering experience in a country that doesn't speak Spanish, and the first time in Sweden. It was a very nice experience. I thank very much Fridus and Roswitha for hosting me and giving me a home like a big family, and that despite my little English, having confidence in me and patiently teaching me many things that I had no idea how to do :)

Roswita and Fridus are great persons, they are kind, and comprehensive. They made me feel like being in a big family since day one! The work is easy, and they can teach you what ever you need. Of course there are "rush days", but then you have quiet days. You'll have a lot of free time, and a calm place to rest, or a lot of things to do also. I enjoyed walking or riding with the dogs. Really a great experience! I recomend it.

It was my first worldpackers experience and it couldn't have been better! Roswitha and Fridus are super kind and made me feel like I was part of a nice family since the first day. Also, we had an amazing group of volunteers. The tasks are easy, you can learn a lot about kitchen and service. They are always willing to teach you something. Sometimes we had busy days, that we could compensate with quiet working hours. I really enjoyed my time here, walking and riding through the woods and swimming in the lake. I will miss this place so much!! Thank you Roswitha and Fridus for everything!

I spent 2 months in Tolvsbo, sharing with an amazing group of volunteers. Good accomodation in a great location. You get a lot of free time and freedom to enjoy the lake and the beautiful nature around. Busy and long working days are compensated with shorter and calmer ones. What you get is fair for what you give. Thank you Fridus and Roswitha!

This was my first experience on worldpackers and I couldn't have wished for anything more. Roswitha and Fridus (the hosts) immediately make you feel at home. The tasks and work I had to do was really fair and not so hard at all. With regard to the free days they were also really flexible. I got the chance to visit Stockholm for a weekend and to visit Västerås. This host is always concerned about how the volunteers experience their stay and try to make it the best experience for them. The surroundings of the place are breathtaking and their three lovely dogs really add something to the place!

Amazing experience! I was there when the restaurant was closed and we worked at many interesting things. We rebuild a wood floor, sewed napkins for the restaurant, I have been a photograher for their online shop. Every day there was always something new to learn,working was easy and enjoyable. In the evenings we often cooked together, turning on the music and having fun.I loved the family environment that had been created, Fridus and Roswitha are amazing people and you can learn so much from them,in every field. The only thing I'd say is : be careful, you're going to miss them very much!!😊❤

Amazing experience in the guest house had a great end of the year with Rowistha and Fridus friends and family.Work time was enjoyable,I was there when the restaurant was open, nothing difficult at all, at the end of everyday we all sit together,have dinner and play board games.The landscape in soderbarke are breath taking,they have 3 lovely dogs, which I love taking for a walk. Fridus and Rowistha always happy to help you out if you want to explore around and love how they make you feel like home ❤️ Will be a pleasure to volunteer again at the guest house if I have the chance 😁
