This was my first volunteer experience and i loved every moment of it! Got to know the crazy lifestyle of Barcelona while creating a the organization center. I planned to stay for 4 weeks but ended up staying 8. We all work and live together as a family and made some good friends that will last! This is an experience you will never forget! :)

I totally recommend this project of the organization. Is the best place to get involve of people of all around the world and also learning about this the organization project has been a big challenge to prove myself the skills of leader, partner and worker. You get a beautiful group of people all together for the same purpose of making the organization happen in Nou Barris. Please if you get the chance don't hesite of becoming a part of this!

I have been with Enriquez Arte now for six weeks! Communication is the most important factor in this organisation! Each day is different from the previous day! We are using a new management function called Holacracy which makes our voluntary role super organised and super efficient and I am considering using this as part of my Thesis for my Masters. We all have clearly defined roles. We do some manual work, some exciting administrative work and we organise events. I am very happy to apart of the organisation. We are not only a team but more like a family who are going to achieve great things.

Great team with beautiful people. Made very deep friendships that will last forever You get to work and da lot of different things so you are constantly learning General organization, specially time management, is still a big issue since the project is just starting, but on the good side you get to actually participate in the birth of an awesome the organization center in Barcelona! We are setting the tracks for something great and big No doubt future volunteers will have a blast
