The team was so nice! Managers and other volunteers were amazing! It was nice to be there and meet other people :) about the work: expect to have at least 3 days off so you can explore the city, its surroundings and Italy in general. The work hours are fair as agreed (25h a week) and it can be flexible if you manage it with other volunteers, but expect to clean everything A LOT and especially if you are going in summer its gonna be challenging but in colder seasons I guess its chill and fine. Overall the people were so warm and welcoming so you can get to feel like home🫶🏻

My experience in the hostel was absolutely amazing!! The team is incredible! I practiced my English, learned some Italian, and I also stayed in touch with other languages. The city is beautiful and is very close to other cities and places, so you can enjoy very well your free time. Thanks to Giulio, Marco, Matteo, Manu for making the hostel a home!! Also thanks to the great volunteers there! We made a great team!

Its a relaxed hostel right in the heart of Genova, with all you need nearby – train station, supermarkets, the coast etc. The hosts are friendly, welcoming, flexible and always willing to fill you in on what Genova has to offer. Work is fairly easy and while I worked here I basically had half of the week free to myself. The accommodation was simple but sufficient, I truly felt right at home after a week or so. Genova itself had plenty to offer but its location makes it easy to travel to many other cities like Milan, Pisa, Florence etc. Stayed here for 2months and would totally recommend it.<3

The hostel is a cozy, friendly and relaxed place to volunteer at. The people in charge are always available if you need them and they are flexible and respectful. The job is simple and clear. Couldn't stay as long as planned for personal reasons and they accepted my arrival before the agreed date and I'll always be super grateful for it because I didn't have nowhere else to go. Totally recommend working with the hosts in charge of the hostel. Thank you very much for your hospitality and I hope to be able to visit one day! Happy 2020.

It was a amazing experience, I learned a lot and I also had a lot of fun in the same time. The schedule is flexibel and the owners really respected our work hours. The job is easy but you need to be resposible. I met people in the hostel who I will keep for the rest of my life. All the owners are friendly and helpful, I hope to see them again. Thanks guys.

Overall, I had a great time working here for two months. The hostel is well located, big, beautiful (+ awesome balcony!) and full of good vibes, the owners are friendly, welcoming and fun to work with. The friendships formed with the other volunteers are unforgettable. The work is demanding during the high season but always enjoyable, and it's a great way to get some work experience while discovering Genova and the gorgeous region of Liguria ;) I would 100% recommend the hostel and this experience, grazie mille to Marco, Matteo, Manu and Giulio <3 Un abbraccio e a presto!

I love this guys, specially marco, he is cooler than Mateo, who is also nice. the hostel is in a beautiful old bulding and It feels like home once you get used to the little maze that it is( pretty fast). i recommend them to all my friends.

I had the best time i could ever ask for working in the hostel. Since the first minute I walked in, I felt a great atmosphere between the owners, the other volunteers and the guests. The hostel is amazing! I fell in love with the city and with the people I met there. Marco, Matteo, Manuel and Giulio are amazing people as well! Super friendly people, with huge hearts. I'd 10/10 recommend working there! Cannot wait to be back for another month! A presto ragazzi!

An amazing hostel to volunteer for! Everything here was perfect, from the location, working hours, modern building and very comfortable rooms to fun time! The 4 owners are absolutely friendly and are always willing to teach you something new, it was a pleasure to work with them all :) I definitely recommend this experience without hesitation. Grazie tante pero tutto Marco, Matteo, Manu and Giulio!
