Had a great time volunteering at the hostel! Lovely place with a great atmosphere ☺️ the work was varied and the permanent staff were great with helping me to learn all the tasks. It was a great experience and would recommend others volunteer here. Vilnius is a great city and the hostel is in a great location. 10/10 !

I enjoyed my time at the hostel Jump's House, but communication was often unclear and staff were stretched too thin. Deimo, the only full-time employee, clearly cares but lacks the support needed to make the hostel and volunteer experience truly great. I sometimes felt overworked, and my space and time weren't always respected. Living conditions were poor—my bed was propped on Coke crates with trash from past volunteers. Washers and dryers had buildup and mold, and volunteer areas need investment and deep cleaning.

I had a great time volunteering at the hostel. The hostel is pretty social especially on the weekends, so you can meet a lot of travellers, the work isn't difficult and schedule is pretty flexible , so you have time to chill or explore the city. Overall - a very positive experience, definitely recommend :) Thank you Pete, Deimantas and all the other volunteers!

Had an awesome time in Lithuania mostly because of this hostel the staff and the guests there. Even during off season the city had lots of Christmas stuff to do and even more the hostel organised pub craws every weekend! Would def come back!

Had the best time volunteering here. It's a really fun hostel to work at. Very social and a good place to meet people. The work is quite easy and they're flexible with the schedule, which was great. Deimo, Pete and the other volunteers were super easy to work with.

My time in Vilnius was amazing mainly thanks to the great time that I was able to spend at the hostel. The host and stuff are awesome and everything was organized very well, so I highly recommend you be a volunteer there if you enjoy being surrounded by lively atmosphere!

I had a really great time at the hostel and felt comfortable from the start. You never feel like you are truly on your own, as there is always someone to call for help :) The full time staff members are really understanding and flexible. Met lots of travelers, had wonderful conversations and had a lot of freedom to explore the city, which is what I was looking from this. Definitely recommended this only for extroverted people though as you HAVE to be outgoing, social, and willing to be a part of the fun (duh) :D Thank you guys

The best place I have ever worked at, such lovely people, very easy work, shifts are flexible and had so so much fun there. ☺️ The hostel it's self is very cute and perfect location. %100 recommended for anyone. Thanks Pete 💓

I had a wonderful time at the hostel, I met so many interesting people and found the hostel to have such warm and friendly atmosphere. Ellie and Pete were very welcoming and were always kind and helpful. The working hours were very manageable and were flexible around other activities we wanted to do. I would definitely recommend volunteering here to other travellers wanting to properly explore the city the socialise with cool people.
