Fue mi primer experiencia con esta plataforma y este estilo de vida. Ha sido fabuloso. Ana, Pepe, Jaime, Borja... todos han ayudado a que mi estadía fuera muy acogedora. Formar parte del hostel ha sido de las mejores experiencias de mi vida, conocí personas increíbles. El hotel está en una ubicación excelente, es súper bonito y lleno de colores, todo el staff es increíble y te ayudan en todo. De verdad me siento muy feliz y volvería siempre. Gracias por tanto

Conheci lugares, pessoas, aprendi e desenvolvi mais a linha espanhola, o lá o hostel se torna mesmo uma casa para todos aqueles que lá estão! Staying at the hostel was super nice! The staff was really friendly and the tasks were easy to handle. It was my first volunteering experience and it also helped me improve my Spanish. The place is chill, and during your stay you'll get the chance to meet new people, make awesome memories, and explore the city in your free time. Thanks a lot and hope to see you again in the future!

I loved my time at the hostel! The people that work there are exceptionally nice and always concerned with our level of comfort and joy. The space itself is a dream with plenty of terrace space and hang out areas. The environment is positive and respectful. I always felt safe and well looked after. I extended my stay twice because I felt so at home and created bonds with everyone there. I loved it and highly recommend it.

This was my first experience as a volunteer, and honestly it could not have been any better! The work is easy, with a schedule that gives you a lot of free time to explore Sevilla, as well as other places nearby. The hostel itself is beautiful, with lots of plants, a cozy kitchen and two terraces. The staff are wonderful - super friendly, helpful and always checking in on you. During my stay at the hostel I made friendships and memories I will cherish forever, and I'm beyond grateful for all of it!❤️

Staying at the hostel felt just like home. We had one of the most amazing experiences of our lives, meeting incredible people from all over and sharing unforgettable moments. The team is beyond wonderful, they welcomed us with open arms and made us feel like family from day one. We're leaving with beautiful memories, so much love, and hearts full of gratitude. It was my first volunteering!!! It was like being at home ,everyone was very kind and concerned , the activities to do were according to the profile , I recommend volunteering if you want to have a good time and feel at home , Seville is really beautiful 💞.

All staff were nice and polite, exception for one of the managers, Ana. Her approach was very aggressive and she was treating me with no respect. She was very negative and complaining all the time, never grateful for the work done even if under more than 40 degrees. There was no respect for my free time, getting attacked or woken up even when not working. The hostel is very clean and central, with an amazing terrace, the volunteers room is not the best, difficult to sleep, with no easy access to toilets. Sometimes we had to work more hours than agreed, there are some organizational problems.

No veo justa esa review que has puesto, casi nunca haceis las 4 horas de los turnos y tampoco me parece justo lo que dices de Ana porque lo que intento ayudar es a que os llevaseis bien entre lops voluntarios, que hubiese un buen ambiente.

I spent 1 month at the hostel and overall it was a very nice experience! The location is perfect, and the work is easy, mostly cleaning. The hostel is family-friendly and calm, the staff are locals so it's great to improve your Spanish :) On the downside, the room where the volunteers stay is a bit removed from the hostel so getting to the bathroom isn't so easy. Also, one of the managers could sometimes be a bit rude. She apologized on the last day but that doesn't change the fact that it made things a bit tense during my stay. Overall I'm happy with the experience, thank you all!
