Esse lugar é muito bom e recomendo. Só é um pouco distante para pegar um ônibus. O melhor do lugar é a água quente, muito bom aquilo.

I had a fantastic experience at Hostal Colibrí. It is a really well run hostal with loads of different tasks for volunteers to get involved with. The staff are friendly and professional and keen to learn and share information with the volunteers that they host. It gave me a good insight into what makes a great hostal. I enjoyed the tasks, a lot of gardening to start with but also helping with breakfasts, cleaning and preparing rooms and attending reception. I got on really well with everyone else working there and would definitely go back.

I had an amazing experience volunteering at Hostal Colibrí! The atmosphere was welcoming and full of positive energy. A very special thank you to Teresa, who became my Ecuadorian mom during these two unforgettable weeks. Her kindness and care made me feel at home every single day. O hostel é lindo, a comida é muito gostosa e abundante. Felipe é muito gentil e claro com as tarefas. Havia outra voluntária, muito solicita e que tinha muita agilidade para demandar funções. A gatinha Valentina é muito carinhosa. Toda a familia me recebeu muito bem.

All of the staff are incredibly warm friendly faces! It's a very quiet and calm environment. Being outside of Quito is a bit annoying if you want to get to downtown but there's tons of transportation. The tasks are simple and the shifts fly by quickly. It was a really wonderful first experience with volunteering :)

The hostel is in a very nice place, it has a swimming pool where you can relax and meet other travelers! The hosts are very nice people who try to make you feel like home especially Felipe! They also make you lunch and they are great chefs! It was my first volunteer experience but I really recommend this one! You can enjoy Quito (after a 30min) bus ride and the hostel is in a very calm and relaxed area !

O lugar é lindo, muita paz e harmonia a comida é muito boa, fui muito bem atendido pelo Felipe que na maioria do tempo é o administrador sempre muito positivo e atencioso, teresita a senhora que trabalha aí é muito legal também, fazíamos acampamento no campo de futebol e até me fizeram uma despedida, me encantei pelo local.

O lugar é lindo e dá para aproveitar muito. Como é um ambiente familiar, a dinâmica de trabalho é leve. Eu tinha pouca experiência, mas todos da família me ensinaram com infinita paciência. Sou muito grata, é um ótimo lugar para estar. Recomendo a todos.
