Estuve con Nadia y Luis durante el último mes y fue una experiencia inolvidable. Además de estar en un lugar increíble, que te permite conectar contigo misma y el mar, la gente que te rodea pronto se vuelve en familia <3 recomendado para cualquiera que disfrute la vida :)

Me encantó venir al hostel. como primera experiencia fue excelente. es muy relajado, te volves muy cercanos con los otros voluntarios ya que comparten muchisimo tiempo juntos. tenés la playa en frente, y bicicletas para poder ir a Peniche, Baleal a donde quieras. además por ser voluntarios tuvimos un descuento en clases de surf con unos profesores super buena onda. Nadia es lo mas, nos re cuida y nos trata con mucho cariño. Luis siempre te va a hacer reír con sus bromas o chistes. es como una gran familia,se arman muchos asados, con huéspedes tmb. super recomiendo

Volunteering at the hostel was an amazing experience! Nádia is super nice, kind and welcoming! Also, becoming friends with the other volunteers has been so great! You will adapt to the work very quickly and the work hours are very fair, so you have a lot of free time to improve in surfing, explore and relax :) It was so much fun and I would highly recommend volunteering there!

I loved my time in the hostel!! Nádia is very very kind and i felt very welcomed by her. She always checked on us in the morning and recommended the best places to visit. The room is very cozy and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious. The beach in front of the hostel is not good for surfing so you have to bike or uber to better spots. The other volunteers were great and you can meet a lot of different travelers stopping at the hostel. Work is really easy and can be done in max 2 hours. I really recommend this place for volunteering!!!

I had an amazing time at the hostel and would definitely recommend it! The work was easy and straightforward, usually done very quickly, which left plenty of time to surf or explore. Nádia is the sweetest host, she always made sure the volunteers were doing well and made me feel welcome from the very beginning. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, and the overall atmosphere made the experience even better. I met some incredible people, and volunteering at the hostel was truly one of the highlights of my year.

I had a really wonderful time here! It truly feels like a big family – everyone treats each other with respect and kindness. The people at the hostel are amazing. The working hours are very fair, and as long as you do your part and follow the rules, there's absolutely no problem. Nadia always does her best to find solutions and make sure everything works well for everyone. She's always there when you need something, supportive and caring. Everyone is open, friendly, and fair. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. Luis is a bit stricter

The experience in Consolação was amazing! Got to explore the small town and surrounding areas such as Peniche, Baleal, and Ferrel. Then go on small day trips such as Nazare, Obidos, and Lisbon. The work was simple and only around 2-3 hours per day, so you could do activities in the afternoon. But if you are learning how to surf the best beaches are either a 30min bike ride or 5/10 min uber away! Nadia was a great host, she truly wanted all the volunteers to have the best experience possible. Plus the volunteers I worked with were amazing and definitely friends I will have for a long time!

I had a wonderful time in Consolação. The hostel is clean, calm, cozy, and feels more like an Airbnb. The area is very peaceful and very good for day trips. For more happening (bars, caffès, nightlife) Baleal is 10 minutes away by Uber. So be prepared to spend some money on Ubers and Bolt. The volunteers that i met made the experience unforgettable, and the hosts were incredibly welcoming. Nadia is truly one of the kindest people I've ever met. If you're coming to surf, avoid summer, as the nearby beach isn't really surfable then. I left the hostel with a full heart and so much love.

I had a wonderful time at the hostel. I truly felt welcomed there. Nadia and Luis are great hosts that always make sure you have everything you need. They have a close relationship to the volunteers which also makes the communication easy. I loved Peniche and the surroundings. You have plenty of free time to explore the sourrondings, especially Baleal and Papoa are stunning, go surfing, ride the bikes, take the bus to nearby big cities like Nazare or Lisbon. There is always something new to do and you never get bored. A big thank you to Nadia and Luis, until next time. Cheers!
