It was my second time volunteering in the hostel! Great place to meet nice people. The tasks depends on how busy is the hostel, but normally is an easy going experience. Highly recommended!

Everyone at the Hostel is very nice and easy to talk to. I usually was able to finish even a bit earlier the. 3 pm. I especially enjoyed that there were many other volunteers to bond with :)

The hostel was great. You will know exactly what you will be doing everyday, easy hours, and a great atmosphere. I had a blast here and would definitely come back!

It was good volunteering experience, it was my first so i can't compare it With others yet but I had a good time with the other volunteers . It's hard work , doing all the chores and making everything everyday but with others with you , you have a nice time and interaction. I'd suggest that giving two days a week off would be better because volunteering is about travel and only one day a week can't let you do that and feels like you just traveled to work , so that would be actually a very cool thing to consider this suggestion . I met really good people that made my days and experiences better. But in the hostel was just about work. I had few arguments with one of the manager because they didn't respected some previous arrangements. Also I ask to change one day of work and she said no. They just want free workers. They didn't create a volunteer environment even at the point they didn't talk to you if it wasn't about work.

We wouldn't recommend Lukas for future hosts. With volunteers he didn't go along he would make a problem every day. Many times during his stay other volunteers complained in his behavior, he is ignorant in a point that couldn't respect other people sleeping in the room, sitting on other people's bed, parting. To him it was about making a problems & teasing others that he don't go along with. The tasks he didn't complete, there was always something to correct after him.

It was a good time at the hostel! The team was a lot of fun and the tasks were very clear and easy... The only "negative" point is that there isn't much to do in Zagreb!

I had a great time. I would say that your experience really depends on the people that you're working with, but in my case, they were great. The hours are always respected and the tasks are not difficult.

I had a great time at the hostel! The hours are great for exploring the city, whether you're doing housekeeping or reception. The employees and owners are great, very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking to spend time in Zagreb on a budget. The hosts make their expectations clear with good communication, and the tasks are never too difficult.
