We rotate volunteers through three different shift styles each week, so every day feels fresh and exciting! Plus, you’ll have plenty of free time to enjoy Rio de Janeiro your way!
Help us create amazing memories for our hostel guests in Rio by taking them on daytime adventures, serving them drinks at our, and taking them out to parties! Experience every side of hostel life — mornings in the sun, chill social evenings, and epic nights out 🌅🍹🌃

Start your day the Rio way!

After enjoying your FREE breakfast 🥐☕, you’ll:
🧹 Help us with some very light cleaning
👋 Welcome new guests with a big smile at check-in
💛 Say goodbye to departing guests and invite happy travelers to leave us a review
🏞️ Take guests out for a daily activity — maybe a beach day, a scenic hike, or exploring the city together!

🍹 Bartender Shift

No experience? No problem! We’ll teach you everything 🙌

During this shift you’ll:
🍋 Learn how to make a proper, delicious Brazilian caipirinha
🍸 Serve drinks and chat with guests
🎶 Help create a fun, relaxed evening atmosphere

This is where the magic happens 🌙✨

You’ll be in charge of:
🥳 Organizing fun drinking games at the hostel
💃🕺 Bringing the energy and getting everyone involved
🍻 Taking guests out to a local bar or club to experience Rio nightlife together
