We are looking for volunteers to support our restaurant in a rotational FOH + BOH role.

FOH: serving water, clearing plates, delivering menus, bringing dishes to the dishwasher area.
BOH: dishwashing, cleaning and organizing BOH areas, basic inventory support.

This role does not include taking orders, handling payments, or cooking.

Work takes place in a real restaurant environment with noise, heat, fast pace, and strong food smells.

Programa detallado

This program supports the daily operations of our restaurant through structured FOH and BOH assistance. Volunteers are expected to follow instructions, respect operational boundaries, and support the team during service.

Actividades & Turnos

Tasks rotate between FOH and BOH on different days, based on operational needs.

The schedule is 25 hours per week, usually Monday to Friday.

If support is needed during a weekend event, one weekday will be swapped to keep the total at 25 hours per week.

Reglas

This is a non-smoking and non-vaping property.

Volunteers must respect guests, staff, schedules, and follow all restaurant operational guidelines.
