Welcome to Flow, a small and cozy hostel on a 100-year-old boat in the heart of Amsterdam. Life on board is calm and personal, with friendly conversations, a slow rhythm, and a warm atmosphere.
We’re looking for volunteers who enjoy meeting travelers, helping keep the space clean and organized, and contributing to a relaxed, respectful environment. With only 8 rooms, your help truly makes a difference. If you value simple routines

Que ofreces?

20 horas de ayuda por semana

Mano de Cocina: Ayuda a preparar, terminar y servir comidas.

Limpieza: Ayuda a limpiar la cocina, dormitorios, baños y áreas comunes.

Tareas Domésticas: Ayuda haciendo las camas y tareas domésticas.

Recepción: Ayuda con los check-ins, check-outs y atiende a los huéspedes.

Lo que obtienes

2 dias libres por semana

Habitación privada: Tendrás una cama en un cuarto privado. Sí, un cuarto solo para ti.

Desayuno: Tienes derecho a desayunos gratis cada día de tu estadía.

Puedes usar libremente nuestra lavandería.: Hay un lugar especial donde se lava la ropa sin costo.

Bicicletas a tu disposición: Puedes usar nuestras bicicletas cuando quieras.

Internet Básica: Internet de velocidad básica para trabajar remotamente

Espacio de Trabajo Dedicado: Espacio específico para trabajar remotamente

Programa detallado

We are looking for a couple to help with the daily routine of our small boat hostel. Your tasks include opening the hostel in the morning, preparing a simple breakfast, cleaning rooms and common areas, and assisting with check-ins from 15:00. With only 8 rooms, the work is clear and manageable, but we expect reliability, consistency, and respect for the space.
Important: at least one of you must always be on board during the day in case guests arrive or questions come up.

In return, you’ll have a calm, friendly environment in central Amsterdam and a private living area designed for two, with your own kitchen, bathroom, and double bed. You’ll also have plenty of free time to explore the city while helping keep the Flow running smoothly.

Actividades & Turnos

- Its a big plus when you are good in making content for the Flow and even maybe managing the socials.

- Not a party hostel.
- Always one of the two on board (time of together can be arranged when discussing with me)
